According to the Luban Award (National Quality Project) Selection Method:
The declared project shall meet the following conditions:
(a) in accordance with the statutory construction procedures, the national mandatory standards for engineering construction and the relevant provisions of land saving, energy saving and environmental protection, the engineering design is advanced and reasonable, and has won the highest quality award in the region or the industry;
(two) the project has been completed and accepted for the record, and after more than one year of use, no quality defects and quality hidden dangers have been found;
(three) the technical indicators, economic benefits and social benefits of industrial transportation and water conservancy projects and municipal garden projects, in addition to meeting the conditions of items (1) and (2) of this article, should also reach the domestic leading level of this professional project;
(four) residential projects in addition to meet the conditions of (a) and (two) of this article, the occupancy rate should reach more than 40%;
(five) the reporting unit should have no good faith behavior. In principle, the declared project should have been included in the application of new technologies in the construction industry or the provincial (ministerial) demonstration project of green construction, and passed the acceptance.
(six) actively adopt new technologies, new processes, new materials and new equipment, including at least six innovative technologies with domestic leading level or "10 new technologies in the construction industry".
