Process:
1. Consultation. Donors should first understand organ donation.
2. register. All organ donors must meet three conditions: voluntary, free and dead. The organ or tissue concerned has good function, is not infected with AIDS or other serious infectious diseases, and has no cancer (except primary brain tumor), and is generally suitable for organ donation.
3. signature. Donors fill in the registration form of human organ donation.
The specific procedures are as follows:
1, donation of remains and organs should be voluntary and free. City and District Red Cross Society is responsible for registration and acceptance. Donors can register with the Red Cross Society in the urban area, or they can ask the registration agency to register at home.
2. When registering the donation, the donor shall specify whether the remains are all donated or part donated and their use. At the same time, it shall also specify the name and contact information of the executor of the body donation, and be responsible for notifying the donee of the time limit for the body donation and agreeing to implement it;
3. After the donor completes the registration, the registration agency will issue a donation card to the donor. After that, if the donor requests to change the registration content or cancel the registration, the registration institution shall go through the formalities for changing or canceling the registration;
4. After the death of the donor, the executor of the remains donation shall notify the original registration institution within the time limit agreed in the remains donation registration form, and sign the remains donation handover agreement with the original registration institution with the death certificate of the donor, the remains donation registration form and the remains donation card, and the original registration institution will issue the remains donation commemorative certificate to the executor of the remains donation;
5. After the remains are used, the users will send them to the funeral and interment unit for cremation, and the required expenses will be borne by the users, except that the executor of the remains donation requests to dispose of them by himself.
Anyone who lives in People's Republic of China (PRC) and is willing to donate his organs for free after his death may go through the registration formalities at the human organ donation office or registration station in his domicile, residence or hospital. When the potential donation status appears, the family members or doctors in charge of the hospital can contact the hospital information officer or coordinator and report to the provincial human organ donation office (or the provincial Red Cross Society). After confirmation, the organ acquisition organization will extract the organs that the donor agrees to donate according to the regulations. Organs will be distributed under supervision according to relevant regulations.
After organ donation, the body will be restored to its original appearance. For organ donors, the provincial human organ donation office will issue donation certificates to the donors' families, and engrave donor information on organ donation monuments, memorial forests, memorial halls or memorial websites. Donors with family difficulties will also be given certain humanitarian assistance in accordance with relevant regulations.

Article 1006
A person with full capacity for civil conduct has the right to decide to donate his human cells, tissues, organs and remains for free according to law. No organization or individual may force, cheat or induce its donation.
If a person with full capacity for civil conduct agrees to donate in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, it shall be in writing or may make a will.
If the natural person did not express disapproval of the donation before his life, his spouse, adult children and parents may decide to donate in writing after the death of the natural person.
