(2) The per capita income of the applicant's family meets the prescribed income standard;

(4) There is a legal relationship of maintenance, support or maintenance between the family members of the applicant;
(five) to apply for a single family, the applicant must be at least 30 years old.
Legal basis: Article 7 of the Administrative Measures for Public Rental Housing. To apply for public rental housing, the following conditions shall be met:
1, there is no house in the local area or the housing area is lower than the specified standard;
2, income, property is lower than the prescribed standards;
3. The applicant is a migrant worker and has been employed stably in the local area for a specified number of years.
The specific conditions shall be determined by the housing security department of the municipality directly under the central government and the people's governments at the city and county levels according to the actual situation in the region, and shall be implemented and announced to the public after being approved by the people's governments at the corresponding levels.
