What are the main requirements of Beijing local standard "Green Building Design Standard"?

A non-sloping roof building with a height of less than 40 meters below 12 floor must have a roof greening area of over 30% before it can be called a "green" building. A few days ago, the Beijing local standard "Green Building Design Standard" was published on the website of the Municipal Planning Commission. There are mandatory standards for building materials, vegetation, walls, irrigation equipment and water consumption used in green buildings. It is reported that in the next four years, Beijing will build 35 million square meters of green buildings, mainly in new towns and key functional areas.

Convenience: There should be more than 6 kinds of public facilities within 50 meters.

The design standard of this consultation covers the building itself, surrounding ecological environment, architectural landscape, transportation and other service facilities. It is stipulated that public facilities must be rationally laid out, and the accessibility of more than six kinds of public facilities, such as kindergartens, primary schools, community health service centers, cultural activity stations, community businesses, post offices, bank outlets, community service centers and sports and fitness facilities, should not exceed 50 meters. The bus network should be optimized around the community, and the walking distance between the main entrance and exit of the building and the bus station is less than 500 meters.

Nature: Roof greening must exceed 30%, and 90% of parking spaces are built underground.

In addition to improving life service, life landscape is the highlight of design standards. There are strict design standards for residential greening: for non-sloping roof buildings with a floor below 12 and a height below 40 meters, the roof greening area must reach more than 30%; In terms of green space rate, the new city and central city should reach more than 35%, and the residential area in the old city should not be less than 25%; The tree-lined coverage rate of pedestrian and bicycle lanes in the community is not less than 75%; The concave green space that can store water in heavy rain and absorb water in light rain, that is, the green space 5 cm to 10 cm below the surrounding roads or ground, accounts for more than 50% of the total green space area. In addition, in order to meet the landscape and vegetation coverage of the community, the ground parking spaces in Lvlou Community are only allowed to account for 10% of the total parking spaces, and the remaining 90% of the parking spaces must be built underground.

Water saving: the per capita water consumption shall not exceed 1 10 liter, and the waterscape shall use rainwater reclaimed water.

When it comes to greening, water use is an unavoidable problem. According to the design standard, the per capita daily water consumption of green building community should be below 1 10 liter, and the tap water in the community should not be used for watering landscape water such as green plants. The water in pools and wetlands in residential areas should be rainwater and reclaimed water, and municipal water and self-provided underground wells are not allowed to be used for water supply. Swimming pools outside the children's pool will adopt a circulation system, and wastewater including steam condensate, air conditioning condensate and car wash water will be recycled. Residential areas and centralized construction areas with a building area of over 50,000 square meters or a daily recoverable water volume of over 150 cubic meters need to build reclaimed water facilities.

At the same time, rainwater recycling equipment must be built in the community, and the rainwater discharge after development is smaller than before. In the total paving area of the ground, the paving rate of permeable bricks should reach 70%, and the hardened ground can only account for 30%. The utilization rate of non-traditional water sources in residential areas is not less than 10%, and non-traditional water sources such as rainwater will replace municipal water supply or groundwater for landscape, greening and toilet flushing.
