Recruitment requirements of programmers

Well, different programmers have different requirements. Let's take a JAVA programmer as an example:

Three basic requirements:

(1) education requirements: bachelor degree or above, major: computer related major or above; College degree or above, major in computer science or related, at least 3 years relevant working experience;

(2) Work experience requirements: more than one year working experience in java development; At least 2 years experience in B/S project development; At least 3 years experience in Java, J2EE and XML development, and at least 1 year experience in architecture design (Windows environment);

(3) Project development requirements: Have a certain scale of project development experience;

In fact, these three requirements can be said to be the requirements of most development and technical posts at present.

As far as education is concerned, it's just a stepping stone. We can't help you. You can meet the basic requirements. Of course, if your requirements are inappropriate, you can emphasize your technical strength.

No way, this society is so cruel that most companies don't want to spend the cost of training people, but want to use skilled hands.

On the other hand, with certain project development experience, the starting point of work will be much higher, and you are in a favorable position for both income and development.

In fact, college students can also accumulate a lot of project development experience through certain training, and reach the level of working as programmers for 2-3 years, which we will talk about in another article.
