Prevent consumers from being deceived by telephone consultation, confirming fraud cases, discovering suspicious events, reporting and handling fraud. And provide complaints, reports, suggestions and other services, provide the public with information such as consumer rumors, consumer warnings, laws and regulations, and help consumers safeguard their rights and interests.
