Real estate development enterprises
It shall, within 30 days from the date of online signing, apply to the municipal or district/county housing administrative department for pre-sale registration.
1. Online printed pre-sale contract for commercial housing in quadruplicate (signed or sealed by both parties);

Article 45 The pre-sale of commercial housing shall meet the following conditions: (1) All the land use right transfer fees have been paid and the land use right certificate has been obtained;
(2) Holding a construction project planning permit;
