It shall, within 30 days from the date of online signing, apply to the municipal or district/county housing administrative department for pre-sale registration.

1. Online printed pre-sale contract for commercial housing in quadruplicate (signed or sealed by both parties);

3. A copy of the business license of the real estate development enterprise, a copy of the identity certificate of the legal representative (or person in charge) and the original power of attorney;

4. One original and one copy of the state-owned land use right certificate;

The pre-sale of commercial housing shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, report the pre-sale contract to the real estate management department and land management department of the people's government at or above the county level for registration.
