Recently, some media reported that some real estate agencies and employees were suspected of concealing key information of real estate, inducing consumers to buy "production apartments" and using "balloon loans" to forge fake water for facilitating transactions. In order to maintain the order and stability of the real estate market in our city, Shenzhen Real Estate Agency Association (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Real Estate Agency Association") has carried out special rectification work to regulate the business behavior of real estate agencies and related employees throughout the city, as follows:
First, the main points of rectification
All real estate intermediaries and related employees should conduct self-examination and self-correction according to the following rectification priorities:

Second, self-examination and self-correction work requirements
