There are two kinds of plant foundations. When the buried depth of the foundation is shallow, the foundation beam can be directly placed on the top surface of the column foundation or placed on the top surface of the column foundation through the concrete cushion. When the buried depth of foundation is large, corbel support can be used to reduce the buried depth of foundation beam. When the self-weight of the workshop is light, the settlement requirement is slightly lower, the bearing capacity of foundation soil is high, and the tonnage of crane is low, shallow foundation is preferred, and independent foundation is preferred according to the mechanical characteristics of the bent structure of the workshop.
When the crane tonnage of the workshop is large, the operation level is high, and the bearing capacity of foundation soil is difficult to meet the requirements of crane settlement or the bearing capacity of foundation soil is deep, the foundation of the workshop needs to adopt pile foundation or treat the foundation soil. Compared with shallow foundation, foundation treatment is to treat the foundation soil below shallow foundation, and the treatment methods include replacement dynamic compaction, replacement cushion, CFG composite pile, cement mixing pile and so on.
