What is Beijing's residential land supply plan in 20 18?

Beijing 20 18 construction land supply plan was officially released on June 22nd. According to this plan, the total planned supply of construction land in Beijing this year is 4,300 hectares, and the residential land is 1.200 hectares, which is the same as that in 20 17 years. According to the plan, 1.200 hectares of residential land includes 650 hectares of commercial housing land, 350 hectares of affordable housing project land and 200 hectares of collective land rental housing land.

On the same day, the Beijing Municipal Planning and Land Resources Management Committee issued the "Beijing 20 18 Construction Land Supply Plan" (referred to as the plan). The plan shows that the total planned supply of construction land in the city this year is 4300 hectares.

The total planned state-owned construction land is 4 100 hectares, including 2,000 hectares for transportation, 30 hectares for water conservancy facilities, 20 hectares for special use, 750 hectares for public management and public services, 650 hectares for industrial and mining storage, 650 hectares for commercial housing, 350 hectares for affordable housing projects and 65,440 hectares for commercial services.

Beijing released the Beijing Urban Master Plan (20 16 -2035) last September. For the first time, the newly released supply plan clearly implements the requirements of the reduction of urban and rural construction land in the Master Plan, and links the annual land supply with the reduction to achieve a net reduction of urban and rural construction land of not less than 3,625 hectares in the city.

At the same time, the supply plan proposes to reduce industrial land and guide "high-tech" industries into the park. Build "three cities and one district" at a high level, promote the high-end, characteristic and differentiated development of industrial parks, and promote the balance between occupation and residence and the integration of production and city. Do a good job in the service guarantee of the Winter Olympics and the World Expo, focus on the construction of the Winter Olympics Center and the Winter Olympics Village, promote the construction of supporting projects such as transportation facilities for the Winter Olympics and the World Expo, and ensure that they are put into use on time.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Beijing Municipal Planning and Land Commission, according to the plan, the core area of Beijing will focus on improving the basic service functions of the city and improving the living environment; The central city will promote the improvement of functions, focusing on ensuring the supply of public service facilities and affordable housing projects; The sub-center will play a leading role in resolving non-capital functions, improving infrastructure construction, and building a public service life circle.

The person in charge said that the important direction of land supply this time is to improve the level of people's livelihood security and public service supply, and promote the balance between occupation and housing. Among the planned 1.200 hectares of residential land, 650 hectares of commercial residential land (including 200 hectares of single-row houses with property rights), 350 hectares of affordable housing projects and 200 hectares of collective land rental housing land are planned.

According to the orientation that "houses are for living, not for speculation", Beijing will promote the structural reform of housing supply side, effectively guarantee the construction of small and medium-sized commercial houses, property houses and affordable housing projects, encourage rural collective economic organizations to use collective construction land to build rental housing, and build a housing supply system with both rent and purchase.

In addition, it is also clear in the plan to strengthen the allocation of public service resources in weak areas and key areas, comprehensively utilize vacant space, optimize existing land, repair and improve public service facilities such as roads, green spaces, culture, education, sports and health, and promote the balanced development of basic public services.
