Article 18 of the Drug Rehabilitation Regulations stipulates that people who quit gambling in the community should be helped.

Article 18 of the Regulation on Drug Rehabilitation clearly stipulates that the township (town) people's government, the city street office and the community drug rehabilitation working group shall help the community drug addicts.

Article 18 The specific contents are as follows: Township (town) people's governments, urban neighborhood offices and community drug rehabilitation working groups shall take the following measures to manage and help community drug addicts:

1, drug rehabilitation knowledge counseling;

2. Education and consultation;

3, vocational skills training, vocational guidance, schooling, employment, medical assistance;

4. Other measures to help drug addicts get rid of drug addiction.

The detoxification work adheres to the principles of people-oriented, scientific detoxification, comprehensive correction and care and assistance, and adopts various measures such as voluntary detoxification, community detoxification, compulsory isolation detoxification and community rehabilitation to establish a working system that pays equal attention to detoxification treatment, rehabilitation guidance and assistance services.

Eighteenth township (town) people's governments, urban neighborhood offices and community drug rehabilitation working groups shall take the following measures to manage and help community drug addicts:

(a) drug rehabilitation knowledge consultation;

(2) education and advice;

(3) Vocational skill training, vocational guidance, schooling, employment and medical assistance;

(4) Other measures to help drug addicts get rid of drug addiction.

Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Anti-Drug Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) for the purpose of standardizing drug rehabilitation, helping drug addicts to get rid of drug addiction and maintaining social order.

Article 2 The people's governments at or above the county level shall establish a drug rehabilitation work system under the unified leadership of the government, the organization, coordination and guidance of the Narcotics Control Commission, the respective responsibilities of relevant departments and the extensive participation of social forces.

The detoxification work adheres to the principles of people-oriented, scientific detoxification, comprehensive correction and care and assistance, and adopts various measures such as voluntary detoxification, community detoxification, compulsory isolation detoxification and community rehabilitation to establish a working system that pays equal attention to detoxification treatment, rehabilitation guidance and assistance services.

Article 4 The Narcotics Control Committee established by local people's governments at or above the county level may organize public security organs, health administrative departments and drug supervision and administration departments to carry out drug abuse monitoring and investigation, and publish the monitoring and investigation results.

The public security organs of local people's governments at or above the county level are responsible for testing drug addicts, registering drug addicts according to law and implementing dynamic control, ordering community detoxification, deciding to isolate detoxification and ordering community rehabilitation according to law, managing public security organs to isolate detoxification places and rehabilitation places, and providing guidance and support for community detoxification and rehabilitation.

The judicial administrative department of the local people's government at or above the municipal level with districts is responsible for managing the compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation places and drug rehabilitation places of the judicial administrative department, and providing guidance and support for community drug rehabilitation and community rehabilitation.

The health administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and management of drug rehabilitation medical institutions, formulate the establishment plan of drug rehabilitation medical institutions in conjunction with the public security organs and judicial administrative departments, and provide guidance and support for drug rehabilitation medical services.

Civil affairs, human resources and social security, education and other departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall, according to their respective responsibilities, provide guidance and support for community drug rehabilitation and community rehabilitation, such as rehabilitation and vocational skills training.
