Pretend to be white and ask someone for a red envelope.
At the beginning of April this year, the masses reported to Huainan police that a business information company in a prosperous section of panji district, Huainan City was suspected of engaging in online fraud. The police intervened in the investigation and found that under the guise of "company recruitment", the company posted the information of recruiting female employees on major well-known websites, which did not require the professional ability of female employees, but only emphasized that they should be young, proficient in using online social tools and have good communication skills.
With the deepening of the investigation, the police found that the main leaders of the company were Duan, Tao and Du, and a total of 17 female salesmen were recruited. After the candidates took office, they became a "white" company, and set a unified identity for them: female, 25 years old, with a house and a car in the provincial capital city, graduated from a university of finance and economics, and worked as an assistant in the project department of a well-known company, with a well-off family.
The company buys citizens' personal information from the internet and distributes it to female salesmen. Then the female salesman fell in love with the victim through WeChat and QQ chat, gained the trust of the other party, asked for red envelopes under various excuses such as birthdays and festivals, and then committed fraud by recommending stocks after getting to know each other.
Thousands of people across the country were deceived, involving more than 3 million people.
After more than a month's investigation, the police have mastered the operation of the company. On the morning of May 25th, more than 100 policemen stormed out, arrested 9 suspects 19, seized more than 30 computers and 60 mobile phones, and seized a large amount of evidence such as citizen information records and account books.
Female salesmen said that they used their beautiful appearance and "white" identity to communicate with the victims, ask for red envelopes and provide false stock information to the victims in the name of falling in love through social networking software such as WeChat, QQ and Momo. "Just recommend it. If it goes up, let the other party send me a red envelope."
The police initially found out that since the company was established in April 20 16, it has made more than 400,000 fraudulent phone calls, with thousands of victims all over the country, involving more than 3 million yuan.
Most of the victims are unwilling to report the case.
It is understood that a man (male, 28 years old, from Huainan, Anhui Province) in the middle of the gang is the main person in charge of the company, Tao (male, 35 years old, from Huainan, Anhui Province) is responsible for the company's personnel management and venue provision, and Du (male, 28 years old, from Changling County, Jilin Province) is responsible for the company's technical business guidance and finance.
The police said that the company is well-organized, with a detailed division of labor and distinct grades. In the name of asking for red envelopes and recommending stocks, it is objectively concealed, and the victims are not easy to detect being cheated, and the number is large, involving most parts of the country. Criminal suspects have a strong sense of anti-investigation and often change their mobile phones and virtual identities. Most employees have one or four mobile phones, and the company has a special person to register the mobile phone chat records and income of employees. Employees' personal accounts above 90 yuan must be turned over in full.
Because it is in the name of love, most victims do not choose to report the case after being cheated, so it is extremely harmful to society. At present, the case is being further processed.
