If you have the QR code of WeChat official account, you can quickly add it by directly opening WeChat and scanning it.
If there is no QR code, open WeChat-Address Book.
Find the official WeChat account, open it and click the+sign in the upper right corner.
Enter the micro signal or WeChat name of the official WeChat account to start the search.
