Responsibilities, rights and obligations of help seekers and consultants

Responsibilities, rights and obligations of help seekers: Responsibility (1) provides psychological counselors with real materials related to psychological problems; (2) Actively discuss solutions to difficult problems with consultants; (3) Complete the work agreed upon unilaterally. Right (1) has the right to know the training background and qualifications of consultants; (2) Have the right to know the detailed methods, processes and principles of consultation; (3) Have the right to choose or replace suitable consultants; (4) Have the right to submit or suspend the consultation; (5) Have the right to know, negotiate and choose the contents of the consultation scheme. Obligation (1) to abide by the relevant rules of the consulting organization; (2) Abide by and implement all aspects of the agreed consultation plan; (3) Respect the consultant, stick to the scheduled time, and inform the consultant in advance if there are special circumstances. 2. Responsibilities, rights and obligations of consultants: Responsibilities (1) Abide by professional ethics and relevant national laws and regulations; (2) assist the parties to deal with psychological problems; (3) Strictly abide by the confidentiality criteria and make clear the confidentiality exceptions. Right (1) has the right to know the personal materials related to the psychological problems of the clients; (2) Have the right to choose suitable helpers; (3) I have the right to refer or suspend the consultation based on my attitude towards the person seeking help. I have the obligation (1) to introduce my training background to the helper and show my business license, qualifications and other relevant documents; (2) Abide by the relevant rules of the consulting institutions; (3) Abide by and implement all aspects of the agreed consultation plan; (4) Respect the helper, stick to the scheduled time, and inform the helper in advance if there are special circumstances.
