20 1 1 Matters needing attention in the registration of Yongzhou civil service recruitment examination
1. Registration time: 2011March 27th-30th (four days).
Every morning from 8: 30 to afternoon 12: 00 to afternoon 1: 30-4: 30.
Second, the recruitment conditions, categories (A, B, C), the number of positions, and the position code of the recruiting unit can all be found in the brochure, and you must not fill in any mistakes when registering.
3. Applicants should first receive the Application Form and fill it in carefully, and then go to the recruiting unit for qualification examination.
4. After passing the qualification examination, the applicants will pay the examination fee (50 yuan/Department) and digital photography fee (15 yuan/person) at the toll booth with the registration form. Then log in to the computer at the site data entry office to enter the registration information, print the registration information confirmation form, sign the letter of commitment for integrity review, take photos at the photo office with the payment receipt, registration form and registration information confirmation form (including the letter of commitment for integrity review), and hand in two forms and a copy of the ID card. The whole registration process is over.
5. Applicants will take the payment receipt and ID card to the test center (go to the county personnel bureau to apply for the county) from April 18 to April 22 to get their admission ticket. If there is any problem with the admission ticket after obtaining the certificate, you should apply to the test center in time with valid ID before the test (Tel: 8329607).
Six, examination subjects, time and place
A) On April 24th, 9: 00 am-11:00 am, I took the administrative professional ability test.
B) On April 24th, from 2: 00 pm to 4: 30 pm, take an examination of the application.
The location of the examination is subject to the location notified on the admission ticket.
Seven, the time and place of the written test results announced.
1. The written test scores of applicants will be published on Yongzhou Personnel Testing Network before May 20 1 1.
2. "Administrative Professional Ability Test" and "Shen Lun" adopt automatic marking processing system, and there is no manual marking process. Except for special circumstances such as absence of examination, violation of discipline and zero score, candidates' application for marking papers will not be accepted in principle according to the requirements of the province.
Eight, matters needing attention
1. Candidates are not allowed to hand in their papers in advance or leave the examination room. If there is any violation of discipline, it will be dealt with severely in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the * * * Central Organization Department and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's Notice on Printing and Distributing (F [2009] 126).
2. Applicants must sign a letter of commitment for integrity review at the time of registration, truthfully fill in their relevant information, and must not resort to deceit, otherwise their test scores and employment qualifications will be cancelled.
3. Applicants should pay close attention to the examination process, pay attention to browsing Yongzhou Personnel Examination Network, and contact the recruiting unit in time (pay attention to asking for the contact number of the recruiting unit) so as not to delay the examination time.
