Information technology is widely used in steel, petrochemical, tobacco and other industries, and has obvious effects on industrial upgrading in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Guangdong and other places. E-government and e-commerce have been developed steadily, and more than 98.5% municipal governments and more than 85% county governments have established government websites. Further deepen the reform of the telecommunications system, innovate business models, promote new technologies and services, expand the industry application market, and expand and upgrade the industrial chain.
