There are four basic factors that affect lighting:
1, building spacing
The distance between buildings has a great influence on the lighting of houses. When choosing a house, buyers should pay attention to observing when the sun can shine into the room in the morning and when the sun will leave in the afternoon. When looking at the house, you can stand outside and observe whether the distance between the two floors is reasonable (usually the building spacing is greater than 1.2 times the building height). If the distance is too small, it will affect the lighting.

Generally speaking, houses facing south have good lighting. It should be noted that the living room is best facing south and the master bedroom is best facing south. Because the living room is the activity place of many families and the master bedroom is the rest space for the master, there should be a living room and master bedroom facing south.
3. Height
Height refers to the problem of buying a house with several floors. Generally speaking, towers should buy houses with more than 6 floors (depending on the actual height of towers and the spacing between buildings), and banlou (small high-rise buildings) should buy houses with no less than 3 floors.
4. Width and depth
Area width refers to the width of the south facade of the purchased property, and depth refers to the depth of the house. It can be said that the greater the width, the smaller the depth, and the better the lighting; But a house with a small width and a large depth will not be ideal for lighting.
