Article 1 These Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Vocational Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Colleges and Universities in 2020, in order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, and in combination with the actual enrollment work of Tianjin Maritime College.
Article 2 The Articles of Association is the main channel for the society to understand the policies, regulations and relevant information of Tianjin Maritime College, and it is the main basis for Tianjin Maritime College to carry out enrollment consultation and admission.

Introduction to the College: Tianjin Maritime College (hereinafter referred to as the College) is a comprehensive public full-time vocational college directly under the Tianjin Municipal Education Commission, which mainly trains maritime talents, and has disciplines such as engineering, economics and management. It is one of the institutions that China Maritime Safety Administration applied to the International Maritime Organization for crew training. Tianjin Maritime Safety Administration is one of the first institutions in North China to offer training for seafarers' foreign certificates of competency. It is the first education and training unit in North China to pass the certification of the quality system of crew education and training of the National Maritime Safety Administration, and the Tianjin Municipal Education Commission is "the world's advanced level".

Article 4 According to the relevant regulations of Tianjin Municipal Education Commission, the College has a leading group for enrollment work, headed by the Party Secretary and the Dean, and composed of the heads of the Admissions Office, the Discipline Inspection Office, the Academic Affairs Office, the Ministry of Education and other relevant departments. Its responsibilities are: to be fully responsible for college enrollment, formulate enrollment policies and plans, and decide on major issues related to enrollment. Organize and lead the enrollment, consultation and letters and visits of our college.
Article 5 The College shall set up an Admissions Office, which is a permanent institution to organize and implement the enrollment work, and be responsible for handling the daily enrollment work.
Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Charging Standards
Article 6 According to the development plan, school conditions, professional development, students' situation and social needs, the College shall formulate the enrollment plans of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in 2020, and submit them to the enrollment committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government for public announcement. In the process of enrollment, the enrollment plans of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government with good students, full volunteers and high admission scores can be appropriately adjusted with the consent of the leading group for enrollment work of our college and reported to the higher authorities for approval.
Article 7 charging standards.
1. Tuition and accommodation fees are charged according to the standards set by Tianjin Price Bureau. The specific standards are: 5000 yuan/student/school year for general majors and 5500 yuan/student/school year for special majors; Accommodation fee is 6 people 1 1,000 yuan/student/school year, and 8 people/student/school year in 800 yuan. Please refer to the enrollment timetable published by the admissions offices of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government or the 2020 freshmen registration notice issued by the college. If the government adjusts the tuition standard of that year, the standard set by the government shall prevail.
2. In order to meet the needs of employers and improve the employment rate of graduates, relevant majors will use students to carry out special skills and vocational skills training during their school days, and those who pass the examination will obtain relevant national qualification certificates, and their fees will be charged according to the provisions of Tianjin Price Bureau.
Chapter IV Access Rules
Article 8 The enrollment of our college follows the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality. To implement the enrollment policies formulated by the Ministry of Education and the enrollment committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the relevant provisions promulgated by the articles of association; Taking candidates' wishes and college entrance examination results as the main admission basis, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission. In the process of admission, I consciously accept the supervision of the admissions committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates and all sectors of society.
Article 9 The principle of voluntary admission in colleges and universities is voluntary priority, that is, according to the voluntary order of colleges and universities reported by candidates, the candidates who are the first to apply for our college are admitted from high scores to low scores. Only when the number of people who apply for our hospital as the first choice in the same batch of minimum control lines published by provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government is less than the enrollment plan, will the candidates who apply for our hospital as the second choice be admitted, and so on. In the provinces where parallel volunteer is implemented, the admission rules shall be subject to the provisions of the local provincial admissions department.
Article 10 The admission of professional volunteers shall follow the principle of giving priority to scores, that is, they shall be ranked from high scores to low scores first, and then admitted in the order of professional volunteers reported by candidates. If the candidate's score does not reach the first professional volunteer admission score, that is, whether it reaches the second professional volunteer admission score, and so on until the last professional volunteer. In the case that the professional volunteers reported by the candidates are not admitted, those who are subject to professional adjustment can be transferred to unfinished majors; Those who do not obey the adjustment will be dismissed. There is no grade difference among professional volunteers. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implements the principle of "voluntary professional clearing".
Eleventh policy candidates admission in accordance with the principles stipulated by the Ministry of education.
Twelfth under the same conditions, priority will be given to candidates who have won the honorary titles of provincial outstanding students, outstanding student cadres, three excellent students and high scores in English and mathematics. If the candidate's province has relevant regulations, it shall be implemented according to the requirements of the province. Tianjin candidates should implement the relevant provisions of Article 13 of the Articles of Association. Candidates with the same scores in Jiangsu Province will be given priority to those with higher scores in the academic proficiency test.
Thirteenth our college in Gansu Province "counterpart entrance batch" admission, if the total score is the same, then compare the results of "cultural comprehensive quality test", "professional basic knowledge test" and "professional skill level test" in turn, and choose the best one. If there are relevant regulations in the province where the candidates are located, they shall be implemented according to the recruitment requirements of the province.
Article 14 According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the Tianjin Admissions Committee, in line with the principles of fairness, justice and openness, Tianjin candidates are selected on the basis of the scores of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages in the general college entrance examination, and with reference to the scores of the ordinary high school academic level examination and comprehensive quality evaluation. If the candidates' scores are the same, compare the scores of Chinese and mathematics in turn, and the one with the higher score is preferred.
Fifteenth Zhejiang, Shandong, Hainan, Tianjin and other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) to implement the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination:
1. The enrollment work of Zhejiang, Shandong, Hainan, Tianjin and other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) that have implemented the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination shall be implemented in accordance with the reform plans and related measures announced by the provinces.
2. Candidates from Zhejiang, Shandong, Hainan, Tianjin and other pilot provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) for college entrance examination reform must meet the requirements of our college. When the results of filing are the same, professional admission shall be conducted according to the same sorting rules determined by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).
Article 16 In accordance with the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities, the college shall check and review the physical health of candidates. Do not meet the standards, according to the relevant provisions of the "guiding opinions" of the physical examination of ordinary colleges and universities.
Article 17 After receiving the list of candidates approved for filing by the admissions departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the College will send a notice by express mail.
Article 18 The majors of navigation technology, marine engineering technology and marine electronic and electrical technology are only for boys, and other majors are not limited to men and women (in view of the physical requirements of the employer for graduates majoring in navigation, it is recommended that candidates applying for navigation major have normal liver function physical examination results).
Article 19 The physical conditions for enrolling students majoring in navigation technology are: naked eye 4.7(0.5) or above, corrected vision 4.9(0.8), completely normal color vision, male students' height 1.65 meters or above, and no stuttering.
Article 20 The physical conditions of students majoring in marine engineering technology and marine electronic and electrical technology are: the naked eye vision of both eyes is above 4.6(0.4), the corrected vision can reach 4.8(0.6), they can't be color blind in color discrimination, their height is above 1.55 meters, and they have no stuttering.
Article 21 The physical conditions for enrolling students majoring in international cruise ship crew management, cooking technology and nutrition (cruise ship cooking) are: naked eye vision of 4.6(0.4) or above, corrected vision of 4.8(0.6), color blindness, and height of 1.55 meters or above.
Twenty-second candidates who apply for navigation technology, marine engineering technology, marine electronic and electrical technology, international cruise crew management, cooking technology and nutrition (cruise cooking) must meet the physical examination standards of China people and China seafarers.
Twenty-third candidates who apply for yacht design and manufacture, ship communication and navigation, and ship inspection shall not be color blind and have normal hearing.
Twenty-fourth candidates who apply for non-maritime majors should meet the physical examination standards of the general college entrance examination.
Article 25 Foreign language teaching for all majors in our college is English, and candidates of minority languages should apply carefully.
Chapter V Follow-up Management
Twenty-sixth freshmen admitted according to the national enrollment regulations should go through the admission formalities at the school within the time limit stipulated by the college with the admission notice. According to the national policy, freshmen who are enlisted in the army should apply for retaining their admission qualifications within the time specified by the school. Those who are unable to enter the school on schedule for some reason should ask for leave from the college. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure. For specific registration requirements, please refer to the 2020 freshmen registration instructions of Tianjin Maritime Vocational College.
Twenty-seventh freshmen can obtain their school status after passing the preliminary examination when they report for admission. If students are found to be fraudulent or engage in malpractices in the review, they will be determined to be unqualified in the review and their enrollment will be cancelled.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 31 These Articles of Association are only applicable to the higher vocational enrollment of Tianjin Maritime College in 2020.
Article 32 The Articles of Association shall be examined and approved by the leading group for enrollment of Tianjin Maritime College, and submitted to the higher authorities for examination and approval.
Article 33 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. The policies and regulations of Tianjin Maritime College on higher vocational enrollment that are inconsistent with the articles of association shall be abolished, and the provisions of the articles of association shall prevail.
Article 34 In the process of enrollment consultation, the opinions and suggestions of consultants of Tianjin Maritime University are only used as a reference for candidates to fill in their volunteers, and do not belong to the admission commitment of the college.
Article 35 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of Tianjin Maritime University.
