(2) Education
In accordance with the "Opinions of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on the Implementation Measures for Implementing the Regulations on Teacher Qualification of the Ministry of Education" (Neijiao [2002] No.64), the corresponding academic qualifications shall be implemented.
(3) Examination related conditions
1.2020 and before full-time normal graduates.
2. Pass the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, pass the written examination and interview, and obtain the "Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" within the validity period; Or, according to the regulations on the reform of primary and secondary school teachers' qualifications for postgraduate students and normal students, it belongs to the scope of exemption from examination, and has obtained the Certificate of Teachers' Professional Ability for Normal Students, and it is within the validity period.
3. Pass the examination of teacher qualification pedagogy and educational psychology organized by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and obtain the "Certificate of Qualification" of two subjects within the validity period.
4. The graduates of 20021-2023 from full-time colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, after completing the compulsory courses of "Pedagogy" and "Educational Psychology" and not less than one semester's educational practice, use the national common language to take the examinations of pedagogy, educational psychology and disciplines organized by their schools, and pass the examinations. You can directly apply for the corresponding teacher qualification before graduation.

According to the second paragraph of Article 19 of the Measures of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for Implementing the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Common Language and Characters.
(5) Physical condition
Have good physical and psychological qualities, and can meet the needs of education and teaching. No infectious diseases, no history of mental illness, in line with the "Standards and Measures for Physical Examination of Applying for Teacher Qualification in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region", and qualified by the teacher qualification accreditation institution designated by the hospital at or above the county level.
(six) teaching subjects, teaching time
1. Those who apply for accreditation with the Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers or the Certificate of Professional Ability for Teachers in Normal Schools must have the same teaching subjects and teaching years as the Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers or the Certificate of Professional Ability for Teachers in Normal Schools.
2. Those who hold the Certificate of Qualification of Teachers and the Examination of Educational Psychology organized by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region shall be engaged in the teaching of the same or similar subjects as their majors; In the primary stage, the teaching departments of qualification certificates are: kindergartens, primary schools and junior middle schools; in the intermediate stage, the teaching departments of qualification certificates are: senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools.
3. Graduates majoring in full-time normal education before 2020 and from 2002/KLOC-0 to 2023 in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region must be engaged in teaching in the disciplines corresponding to their normal education majors, and the teaching sections must meet the academic requirements of each section in the Implementation Measures for the Regulations on Teacher Qualification of the Ministry of Education in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (J.F. [2002] No.64).
Fourth, the identification process.
(1) Online declaration
Online registration time: June 6, 2022 from 9: 00 to June 15, 17:00.
Anyone who applies for teacher qualification in the first half of 2022 in our district, please log in to "China Teacher Qualification Network" () at the above registration time, and make online registration declaration according to the system prompts. The overdue system will be automatically closed. The applicant shall fill in his information truthfully and accurately, and be responsible for the accuracy of the information.
The online newspaper system opens the real-name verification function of personal information, and applicants are requested to fill in personal information accurately. Those who fail the real-name verification will not be able to declare (for details of real-name verification, please refer to Article 4 of "Frequently Asked Questions" of China Teacher Qualification Network).
Relevant requirements for the applicant to select accreditation institutions: The fresh graduates, undergraduates and postgraduates of ordinary colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region shall be accredited by the education administrative departments of the cities and counties (cities, districts) where the school is located according to the authority of teacher qualification accreditation or the unified arrangement of the school, and the rest shall apply for accreditation to the education administrative department where the household registration is located according to the authority of teacher qualification accreditation.
(2) On-site confirmation
After completing the online registration, the applicant must bring relevant certification materials for on-site confirmation within the specified time.
1. Confirm the time and place on site.
(1) On-site confirmation time: June 7-June 15, 9: 00 am-11:30 pm 14: 30 pm on weekdays. (except six days)
(2) On-site confirmation address: Personnel Unit Office, 2nd floor, Wuchuan County Education Bureau, No.3 Changxing West Street, Yingbin Road, Kezhen, Wuchuan County, Hohhot.
2. For on-site confirmation, the applicant shall provide the following materials: (check the original and keep a copy)
(1) identification
(1) where the household registration is located, submit the original ID card and the original and photocopy of my household registration book.
(2) To apply for recognition at the place of residence, submit the original ID card and the original and photocopy of the residence permit within the validity period;
(3) Where the school is located to apply for accreditation, it shall be organized by the school to connect with the accreditation institution;
(4) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents studying, working and living in Wuchuan County apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers, and submit the residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents within the validity period or the five-year travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the mainland or mainland travel permit for taiwan residents.
⑤ Servicemen and armed police stationed in Wuchuan County should provide personnel relationship certificates issued by their subordinate units or personnel departments. The format of the certificate depends on the regulations of the unit or unit, and the certificate should clearly indicate the unit to which the applicant belongs.
(2) Education certificate
① Original academic certificate. If the academic information is verified by the system, the original academic certificate is not required. If it cannot be verified, you need to provide the original academic certificate and the China Higher Education Certification Report (Xuexin.com online application).
(2) Applicants holding academic degree certificates of institutions of higher learning in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan shall provide the original and photocopy of the academic degree certification certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education; Applicants who hold academic degree certificates of foreign institutions of higher learning are required to provide the original and photocopy of the Certificate of Foreign Academic Degree Certification issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and the certificate of academic degree certification is deemed to be valid.
(3) Putonghua Grade Certificate
If the information of Putonghua proficiency test level has passed the system verification, it is not necessary to submit the original certificate of Putonghua proficiency test level; If it fails to pass the verification, it shall provide the original certificate of Putonghua proficiency test level.
(four) certification materials related to the examination.
Holders of "Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" or "Certificate of Professional Abilities for Normal School Teachers" do not need to submit it, and the registration system will automatically compare and verify it. Participate in the unified examination of teacher qualification pedagogy and educational psychology organized by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and provide the original and photocopy of the "Certificate of Qualification" of two subjects. Full-time normal graduates before 2020 should provide the original and photocopy of the Graduate Registration Form and the Appraisal Form of Educational Practice.
(5) No proof of criminal record
(1) mainland applicants have no criminal record and are uniformly verified by the teacher qualification accreditation body, and no individual is required to provide it.
(2) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents applying for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers need to provide proof of no criminal record. The certificate of no criminal record shall be issued by the applicant to the relevant departments of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province. If necessary, Hong Kong and Macao applicants can apply for a letter issued by our region through an authorized institution and ask the relevant departments to issue a certificate of no criminal record.
(6) Physical examination certificate
Physical examination certificate issued by hospitals at or above the county level designated by Wuchuan County Education Bureau (unified arrangement).
(7) photos
Recent 1 inch bareheaded half-length photo with color white background on the front 1 (consistent with the electronic photo uploaded by registration, the name and ID number should be marked on the lower front of the photo).
Requirements for submission of materials: uniformly print or copy on A4 paper, arrange them into volumes according to the directory order of the portfolio (attachment), and bring your own transparent plastic tie-rod bag. The cover is placed on the first page of the submission and does not need to be pasted on the portfolio.
(C) Basic quality and ability test of education and teaching
Those who apply for the qualification certificate of teacher qualification education and educational psychology examination organized by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and confirm their qualifications on the spot must take the basic quality and ability test of education and teaching organized by Wuchuan County Education Bureau, and use the national common language, and other personnel do not need to participate.
(four) to obtain a teacher qualification certificate.
After the on-site confirmation, Wuchuan County Education Bureau makes a conclusion according to the audit situation, and makes teacher qualification certificates for applicants who meet the accreditation conditions. The applicant holds his/her ID card to the acceptance point to receive the Teacher Qualification Certificate and the Teacher Qualification Application Form.
The time and place to receive the teacher qualification certificate and the teacher qualification application form shall be subject to the notice of Wuchuan County Education Bureau. Please pay attention to the notice or telephone consultation issued by Wuchuan County Education Bureau in time.

(a) according to the relevant provisions of the state, the same applicant can only apply for teacher qualification once in the same year.
(2) The photos uploaded by the applicants during online registration should be bareheaded photos of the applicants for nearly 6 months, which should be the same as those submitted during physical examination and on-site confirmation. If the unqualified photos affect my application for teacher qualification certificate, the responsibility shall be borne by the applicant himself.
(three) the applicant must go through the formalities of online declaration and on-site confirmation in accordance with the prescribed time, place and requirements. If the applicant fails to complete the application within the specified time due to reasons such as missing the application time, choosing the wrong accreditation institution or on-site confirmation point, incorrect application information or incomplete submission materials, the accreditation institution will not accept it, and the consequences and responsibilities arising therefrom will be borne by the applicant.
(four) schools or any institutions are prohibited from replacing registration. In violation of the provisions affecting my application for teacher qualification, the responsibility shall be borne by the applicant.
(5) Anyone who applies for accreditation must provide all accurate personal information and ensure compliance with the provisions of the National Teachers Law, Teachers' Qualification Regulations and Teachers' Qualification Regulations; The Implementation Measures, the Opinions of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on Implementing the Implementation Measures of the Regulations on Teacher Qualification of the Ministry of Education, and the relevant policies and regulations on teacher qualification categories and conditions in this announcement shall not provide false information. If my application for teacher qualification cannot be recognized because of providing false personal information, the responsibility shall be borne by the applicant.
