In order to effectively solve the housing difficulties of low-income families in our city and put the limited public rental housing into real families with housing difficulties, according to the Administrative Measures for Public Rental Housing in Hohhot (DecreeNo. 102), the Hohhot Municipal People's Government 1), the allocation scheme for public rental housing is formulated. This year, our city plans to allocate 3,758 sets of public rental housing, including Xincheng District 1.592, Huimin District 346 sets, Yuquan District 988 sets and Saihan District 832 sets. In accordance with the relevant policies and regulations of public rental housing, the housing is allocated by lottery allocation. The details are as follows: In 2022, the public lottery of public rental housing in Hohhot officially began. There are 30 public rental housing projects distributed in four districts of Hohhot, such as Anju Xincheng and Huixinyuan public rental housing in the new district, Great Wall Ankang public rental housing in Huimin district, Kangju Home public rental housing in Yuquan district, Yangguan Mercure public rental housing in Saihan district, etc. The source of the suite is ***3758. There are three ways to allocate public rental housing in Hohhot, namely directional allocation, lottery allocation and independent allocation. There are 13773 applicants participating in the lottery rent allocation, including 2072 in Xincheng District, 5656 in Yuquan District, 288 1 in Huimin District and 3 164 in Saihan District.
As a kind of welfare housing, many people apply for public rental housing because of its low rent. A set of public rental housing may have dozens of applicants, and the competition is very fierce. In order to ensure the fair and just division of public rental housing, lottery is often adopted.
Legal basis: Article 27 of the Measures for the Administration of Public Rental Housing If the lessee commits any of the following acts, he shall return the public rental housing:
(1) Lending, subletting or changing the rented public rental housing without authorization;
(2) Changing the use of public rental housing;
(three) the destruction or unauthorized decoration of public rental housing, refused to restore the original state;
(four) engaged in illegal activities in public rental housing;
(five) public rental housing has been idle for more than 6 months without justifiable reasons. If the lessee refuses to return the public rental housing, the housing security department of the people's government at the city or county level shall order it to return within a time limit; If it is not returned within the time limit, the competent department of housing security of the people's government at the city or county level may apply to the people's court for compulsory execution according to law.
