After graduating from school, I have done a lot of work, such as polisher, warehouse keeper, quality inspector, material engineer, planner, dispatcher, salesman and so on. Really started to do HR in 2007, from the director of human resources to the deputy general manager of the company. I always say that I am a halfway decent HR.
In retrospect, the working experience of those grass-roots positions is really a valuable asset for me to engage in HR. The most unforgettable thing
I think every HR will have its own unforgettable professional experience. My most unforgettable thing is that I just finished handling the employee's labor dispute, but I soon became the plaintiff in labor arbitration. I've tasted the ups and downs. During this period of time, I learned that things are impermanent, and I gradually learned that many things should be treated with a normal heart.

The most rewarding thing
I have been doing HR for so long, and I always like training, because this job has many advantages: first, I can be a teacher, respected and paid. If you speak better, there will be more fans; Second, in class, you actually learn from each other. When you teach others, the students are teaching you. The more classes you take, the faster you will grow. When you see that students have benefited a lot under your guidance, great happiness will pervade your whole body. Third, some words and things presented in the form of training will have different effects. After so many years of verification, I think these words are really reasonable.

The most painful thing
According to my professional experience, most companies pay their wages on time, but some of them deliberately default on their wages, or play the sideline when paying wages.
I used to work in a company for several months. The salary payment rule of this company is: after working for one month, I have to wait 40 days before I can pay this month's salary. I can't accept this. I was miserable.
As a manager of the company, I can't improve this because of my responsibilities and authority, and I'm new here. Since I can't change it, I'll leave. Since then, I have made up my mind that no matter what difficulties I encounter in the future, I will never default on my employees' wages.
I think this is the bottom line of my work. We should treat enterprises, employees and ourselves.

The most helpless thing
In my career, there have been many cases in which outstanding employees have lost their jobs because of the decline in business volume of the company. I think this is the most helpless thing for HR.
Although there are many flexible employment methods now, there will also be old employers to help some employees recommend jobs to the next company, but when the economic winter comes, our strength is small. At this moment, it is the only choice to adjust your mood as soon as possible and actively embrace change.

The greatest feeling
To be a good HR, or to be a good manager, you should always jump out of the original frame of HR. When we work in Party A, especially after working in a company for several years, or after this company has achieved a certain position and rank, we may be a little self-righteous, taking the achievements of a company as our own achievements and the recruitment attraction of the company platform as our own recruitment ability.

Why did you switch to consulting?
In fact, I had the idea of transformation and development a long time ago. When I was at 20 1 1, I wanted to get in touch with the outside world because my work in Party A's enterprise was very fixed every day, and I could basically finish it in two hours.
Coupled with the experience of previous positions, I felt that I shouldn't mess around, so I took advantage of the weekend to work part-time in a management consulting company. I got 2000 yuan for my first project, which is really low, but I think this job is my favorite, so it gradually developed into consulting in the later time.
After the establishment of the consulting company, we had no business for half a year because of lack of contacts, resources and successful cases. Even during this period, I was forced to work in Party A for some time to relieve the pressure of capital expenditure.
I think it is because of my love for this industry that we slowly get out of the predicament and grow up. In recent years, the company's office has grown from the initial 50 square meters to 78 square meters, to 120 square meters, and then to 600 square meters. Every step is a setback, with opportunities and pains. Looking back on our history, I think the most important reason for surviving in the fierce competition is our specialty+dedication, and the ratio of 50% to 50% is appropriate.
At present, our business focuses on the performance-based compensation design of state-owned enterprises, which has formed a relatively complete process system and has been recognized and affirmed by many customers. In the next few years, we will still focus on this field. Although we want to do a lot, our ability is limited and it is difficult to train talents internally. Let's talk about it first.
For people who are not very strong, it is very difficult to transform from human resources of Party A to management consulting of Party B.. I've met at least 10 people with this idea, but none of them succeeded in the end. However, if you can go to the management consulting organization to systematically learn their working methods and management thinking, I think it will be very helpful for your development in Party A's enterprise.
Starting from 20 18, we launched two practical training camps for management consulting, and trained nearly 20 "advanced practical enterprise management experts" and "third-party professional consultants". These students come from different sources, about 70% are corporate HR and about 30% are corporate executives or bosses.
