Specifically, the urban design of this area retains five peripheral areas and comprehensively transforms six internal areas. The core area is pedestrian street, the southwest area is food street, and the southeast area is bar street. The transformation area will form an overall layout structure of "one axis, three cores and two wings". In the periphery of Tai 'an CBD, five areas, such as Ginza Mall, Dongyue Street School Street, Caiyuan Street School Street, Xiguangdao Community, Caiyuan Primary School, Railway Staff Dormitory and surrounding residential areas, are determined to be reserved. Six areas, such as Caiyuan Commercial Pedestrian Street, Station Square, Tiantang Garden, Cai Xi Residential Area, Special Catering and Entertainment Area and Transitional Space Area, have been transformed in the plot.
"One axis" refers to the east-west spatial axis that runs through the whole section. This axis is connected in series with the main spaces such as the square in front of the station, the pedestrian street of Caiyuan Street and the sinking square where Caiyuan gathers, and is the skeleton of the whole planning area structure.
"Three Nuclei" refers to the square in front of the station, the Tiantingyuan area, the core area of financial resources pedestrian business and the transitional space area. The square in front of the station and the Paradise Garden area are comprehensive transportation hubs and commercial service functions, and they are the windows to show the image of Tai 'an city. The core area of pedestrian business includes the above-ground and underground double-deck pedestrian commercial street, businesses, hotels, houses and office buildings on both sides, Jinding Xiangyun Square and Caiyuanguangju Sinking Square, which is the core area of the whole lot. The transitional space area includes Taishan Mall, Dieshui Square and Bar Street, which serve as the connecting transitional space between the square in front of the station and Caiyuan Commercial Pedestrian Street, and the landscape corridor space of "Longtan Road-Haolishan".
"Two wings" refers to the north and south areas of the core area. The north wing is dominated by Cai Xi residential area, which mainly undertakes the functions of residents' relocation and some commercial buildings in this area. The south wing is dominated by "Happy Li San", which is a special dining and entertainment area to display local food culture, and is connected with Haolishan Scenic Area through the sinking square. According to the requirements of protecting the landscape of Lihao Mountain, the new buildings in the southern region mainly adopt the form of low slope.
Landscape design: four squares and eight scenic spots.
According to the design plan, Taishan Railway Station Square and Caiyuan Street will form "one main, three auxiliary, four hearts and eight views". As can be seen from the exquisite floor plan, many functions such as business, office and hotel have been expanded on both sides of Caiyuan Street, and some simple and atmospheric high-rise buildings have been distributed.
"One Master" is a landscape main axis, with Caiyuan Commercial Pedestrian Street as the main body and four characteristic squares connected in series to form a landscape main axis with the theme of "Impression of Mount Tai". Starting from Wang Yue Square, it passes through Dieshui Square, with the artificial water body of "Longquan Yayun" as the carrier, with Jinding Xiangyun as the center and gathering financial resources as the opportunity, it shows the long history and culture of Mount Tai through Happy Sanli to Haolishan Scenic Area.
"Sanfu" mainly refers to the landscape corridor between Unicom Caiyuan Commercial Pedestrian Street and Haolishan. Taking the Wenfeng Pagoda of Haolishan Mountain as the opposite scene, through the green space and low-rise buildings, a two-way landscape auxiliary axis between Lishan Mountain and Caiyuan Street is constructed.
From west to east, the "Four Hearts" are: Wang Yue Square (Station Square), Dieshui Square, Jinding Xiangyun and Lucky Jubao.
The "Eight Scenes" are the former Tai 'an old railway station building, Bar Street and its reserved buildings, Wang's former residence, Happy, Mall Lane green space, cart stall street green space, children's world and power park.
As can be seen from the planning scheme provided by the planning and design unit, sunken plaza (Wang Yue Square) has been designed in the center of the railway station square, and there are also a distribution square in front of the station, a bus terminal, a taxi parking lot, an underground business district and a car parking lot. The Paradise Garden opposite Taishan Railway Station and south of Dongyue Street will be transformed into a sunken entrance, and an underground passage will be arranged to connect with the underground commercial space north of Dongyue Street and Ginza Mall.
The commercial core area of Caiyuan Pedestrian Street is the center of the whole planning area, which mainly includes the above-ground and underground double-decker pedestrian street and the businesses, business hotels and office buildings on both sides. Jinding Xiangyun Square (underground dance floor) and Lucky Jubao Sinking Square form the "Taishan Impression" with Taishan culture as the landscape theme. The urban design scheme of Tai 'an Railway Station Square and the surrounding area of Caiyuan Street comprehensively solves the traffic chaos in this area from macro, meso and micro levels. From a macro point of view, from the long-term perspective of urban design, we should open up the north-south Aolaifeng Road, Qingnian Road and east-west Lingshan Street around the plot as soon as possible, broaden the urban roads such as Longtan Road, and relieve the long-distance bus traffic land irrelevant to the urban design function in the plot to the old bus station, so as to alleviate and optimize the traffic congestion problem around the plot from a macro perspective. From the middle level, Caiyuan Commercial Pedestrian Street can be surrounded by a one-way loop, the square area in front of the railway station is designed to separate people and vehicles, all kinds of traffic such as buses, taxis and social vehicles can be reasonably organized, and the parking lot can strengthen the connection between regions through underground space. From the micro level, the plan points out that the traffic design of the intersection of Dongyue Street and Longtan Road, and the intersection of Longtan Road and Taishan Street can be reformed to expand the traffic capacity of traffic bottleneck sections.
The underground design has two floors, one for the business district and the other for the parking lot.
In order to speed up the renovation progress of Taishan Railway Station Square and the surrounding area of Caiyuan Street, according to the requirements of the approved urban design scheme of Tai 'an Railway Station Square and the surrounding area of Caiyuan Street, the Municipal Civil Defense Office entrusted Shandong Civil Air Defense Architectural Design Institute to organize the in-depth implementation plan for the development and utilization of underground space in this area, and to develop and renovate Taishan Railway Station Square and Caiyuan Street underground commercial street in advance. According to this plan, the underground design mainly includes two floors. The basement mainly focuses on commercial development, landscape space and traffic connection, which not only makes Caiyuan Street into a first-class underground pedestrian commercial district, but also uses water as a carrier to create an east-west landscape axis that gathers traditional context and modern features, and can also be used as civil air defense facilities as needed; The second floor underground is mainly used for parking, mainly serving the businesses in the area.
