Freshmen who can't report on time for some reason must apply for leave to the counselor in advance. The application for leave should indicate: the name of the new student, the candidate's number, the major of admission, the reason for leave, the time of leave and contact information, and the leave time should not exceed 2 weeks. Those who fail to ask for leave or report for duty within the time limit shall be deemed to have voluntarily waived their admission qualification (except for force majeure factors).
