Local area network access is limited to the local area, and experts are strongly required to answer.

Solve the problem that Vista system can't surf the Internet.

The network of Windows Vista operating system has always had such and such problems. I saw a lot of people asking this question on the Internet, so I'll tell you what to do when Windows Vista encounters the problem of being unable to access the Internet with some experience and some examples. This paper also lists the following problems of the old version of Windows to make the analysis more comprehensive.

Software problem

1, unable to access the Internet after installing dual system.

Windows Vista and Windows XP dual systems may have the problem of being unable to access the Internet. This problem has nothing to do with dual systems, but should appear in TCP protocol.

First enter the command line mode, enter CMD, and enter "ping 127.0.0. 1" at the command line prompt.

Judge whether the TCP/IP protocol is successfully installed, if not, reinstall the TCP/IP protocol, and if the general rule goes to the next step.

Enter "ipconfig" to get the local IP address and gateway address, and judge whether there is a problem with the network card by "Ping the local IP address". If the ping fails, you need to reinstall the network card driver. If the general rules are passed, proceed to the next step.

2. Unable to access the Internet after reinstalling the system.

When you start to open MS-DOS, people who surf the Internet on the intranet will type "ping192.168.1"and press Enter to see if there is a connection (that is, "Reply from192.168."

If you use dial-up software, you will not be able to Ping. If you can't get online, it may be due to software. Just reinstall the dialing software.

3.Vista can't access the Internet.

The solution to this problem is simple. If you have a broadband connection icon on your taskbar (poorly drawn), you can start from the beginning (forget it? Where is the magnetic field? It has a control panel on it. When you enter there, you can use an icon (icon style: four computers are connected by a cable, and the Chinese version is "network center"). When you enter him, there are six options on his left. Select the sixth option (Manage network connections). When you enter, you will find a picture of two computers. Right-click the first icon and select the Properties button at the bottom. Look for the words with TCP/IPv4 in the box listed in bomb, click it, and then click the button below it (the last of the three buttons), which is the property. You can adjust your IP address here, and it's ok. Connect a connection broadband above the initial control panel.

4.Windows XP cannot access the Internet.

I found that one of the most common problems with WindowsXP is the inability to access the Internet. Many people have encountered this problem and don't know how to deal with it. Some people even have to reinstall the system. In fact, it is not very difficult to solve this problem. First, check that there is no icon in the network connection indicating that there is something wrong with the network card. And the device manager can discover the existence of the network card. The initial judgment is that the network card is in poor contact. First check whether the contact between the crystal head of the network cable and the network card is firm. Second, check whether the network card is plugged in tightly, and it is best to plug it in again. Mainly look at the following two aspects:

1) Some people have problems connecting. This problem is easy to solve. Just open the Connection tab in IE- Internet Options, click Settings, re-enter the password and confirm it.

2) If the above methods can't be solved, under the condition of ensuring that there is a network card driver (at present, many network cards don't need to install drivers, and WindowsXP will automatically install drivers), just go to the Control Panel-System-Hardware tab, click Device Manager, uninstall the network card (don't uninstall the 1394 network card), and then press OK to restart the system, so that if WindowsXP recognizes your network card and some network cards load drivers, the system will. This requires you to set your own IP address. The method is: double-click the icon, click Properties in the displayed dialog box, click TCP/IP in the pop-up general tab, click Properties, and choose to use the following IP address. Fill in192.168.1.x (x is 2- 10) in the IP address, then click the subnet mask, and the system will automatically generate 225.225.225.0. Finally, click OK to close this tab, and click OK to close the General tab, and your network will return to normal.

5.Windows 2003 cannot access the Internet.

1), open the registry editor and delete the following two items in the registry (it is best to export the backup before deleting):

HKEY _ LOCAL _ MACHINE \ System \ current control set \ Services \ Winsock

HKEY _ LOCAL _ MACHINE \ System \ current control set \ Services \ Winsock 2

2) Find the nettcpip.inf file in the inf directory of the system directory, and open it and find:

【MS_TCPIP。 Main installation]

; TCPIP has properties to display.

Feature = 0xA0NOT _ Yes _ UI | NCF _ No _ User _ Movable

Change 0xA0 here to 0x80 to save and exit (this setting is to allow users to modify TCP/IP protocol).

3) Open Local Connection Properties-Install-Add Protocol-Install from disk, find the nettcpip.inf file just saved, press "OK", return to the list, and select the last Internet protocol (TCP/IP) (there is no icon on the left, please note that it is not "Microsoft TCP/IP Version 6").

After completing this step, I return to the network connection window. At this point, after selecting TCP/IP, the Uninstall button is already available (it was grayed out before this step). Click the uninstall button to delete the TCP/IP protocol, and then restart the machine.

4) After the restart, change back to the nettcpip.inf file, and then reinstall the TCP/IP protocol according to step 3 (no digital signature will be prompted at this time, hehe).

5) After installing the protocol, restart it once and reset the connection properties of "Local Connection" to connect to the network. If not, restart it again, hehe.

I deeply thought that the problem was that the aging of my hard disk caused the data related to TCP/IP protocol to be damaged, so I quickly ChkDsk my hard disk, hehe.

6.IE can't get online.

Common reasons and solutions for IE's inability to browse the Internet;

1), the problem of network setting.

This reason is more common when IP, gateway and DNS server networking methods are manually specified and proxy servers are used to access the Internet. Check the computer's network settings carefully.

Problems with DNS servers

When IE can't browse the web, first try to access it with IP address, for example, use Bbs.winzheng.com's sh command to reset the TCP/IP protocol and restore it to the state when the operating system was just installed. The specific operation is as follows:

Click "Start Running", enter the command "CMD" in the running dialog box, and the bomb will open the command prompt window, then enter the command "netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt" and press enter. The file "resetlog.txt" is a log file used to record the results of command execution, and this parameter option must be specified. The full path of the log file specified here is "c:\resetlog.txt". The result of executing this command is the same as that of deleting and reinstalling the TCP/IP protocol.

Tip: The netsh command is a scripting tool based on the command line. You can use this command to configure and monitor Windows systems. In addition, it provides an interactive network shell interface. For the usage format of netsh command, please refer to the help file (enter "netsh/?" In the prompt window).

The second solution is to repair the above files. WIN9X uses SFC to re-extract the above files, and WIN2000/XP/2003 uses sfc /scannow command to repair the files. When sfc /scannow can't fix them, you can try WinSockFix, which is a repair tool published on the internet specifically for this problem.

8) Solve the Internet problem through BAT file.

Close all network-related programs first, and then click the Start menu-> run quickly

Input: regsvr32 urlmon.dll.

Open IE and go to the common websites to see if they can be accessed. If you can, it's OK. If not, save the following command as 32 1.bat.

Registrar of Urlmon.dll 32

Registrar of Shdocvw.dll 32

Registrar of Msjava.dll 32

Registrar of Actxprxy.dll 32

Registrar of Oleaut32.dll 32

Registrar of Mshtml.dll 32

Registrar of Browseui.dll 32

Registrar of Shell32.dll 32

Then run the file 321.bat.

This should do.

9) Real-time monitoring of antivirus software.

This situation is not common, but sometimes it is related to real-time monitoring, because the real-time monitoring of anti-virus software now increases the monitoring of web content. For example: KV will cause IE to be unable to browse the web on individual computers (many friends have encountered it). Its specific performance is that as long as the web monitoring is turned on, IE will not be able to browse the web after turning on the Internet for about 20 minutes. At this time, if the web monitoring of KV2005 is turned off, everything will return to normal; KV2005 cannot be solved after complete reinstallation. Although not every machine equipped with KV will have this problem, after all, each machine has different systems and different installation procedures. But if IE can't browse the web, you should also pay attention to checking antivirus software.

10), application management services.

There is a situation where you can only go to QQ but can't open the webpage. It will be fine after restarting. However, even if you restart, you can't open a webpage after opening 7 to 8 webpages, so you can only go to QQ. Sometimes telecommunications will let you disable the application management service, and it will be solved. The specific reason is unknown.

1 1), there is another phenomenon that needs special attention: you can open the homepage of the website, but you can't open the secondary links. If so, the solution is to re-register the following DLL files:

In Start-Run, enter:

Registrar of Shdocvw.dll 32

Regsvr 32 Shell32.dll (pay attention to this command and don't lose it)

Registrar of Oleaut32.dll 32

Registrar of Actxprxy.dll 32

Registrar of Mshtml.dll 32

Registrar of Urlmon.dll 32

Registrar of Msjava.dll 32

Registrar of Browseui.dll 32

Note: For each entry, press Enter. You don't have to enter the second command first. After entering these commands, restart windows. If it is found to be invalid, enter it again, this time with a second command. Also, if it is a 98 system, it may be easier to download this file from Microsoft's website.

7. Computer viruses prevent people from surfing the Internet.

To solve this problem, first copy the system32/drivers/tcpip.sys of other computers to the corresponding directory, or find tcpip. SY_ in the system installation disk, extract it to system32/drivers with winrar.

The virus destroyed the TCP/IP protocol. After cleaning, reinstall TCP/IP protocol. The specific installation method is as follows:

Delete registry key:

HKEY _ LOCAL _ MACHINE \ System \ current control set \ Services \ Winsock

HKEY _ LOCAL _ MACHINE \ System \ current control set \ Services \ Winsock 2

Click start > control panel > network connections > local area connection.

Click attribute

Click TCP/IP- install.

Select agreement-> click add.

Click on the hard disk

Browse the folder %Windir% \ inf (usually c:\windows\inf).

Locate the folder 1394. Inf- > click open.

Click ok.

Choose internet protocol (TCP/IP) instead of Microsoft TCP/IP version 6!

Click ok.

Restart the computer

8, ARP spoofing and unable to access the Internet.

Some computers were unfortunately infected with ARP spoofing virus because they didn't patch in time or install anti-virus software, so they were deceived by ARP in the local area network, which made other innocent students unable to access the Internet.

To judge whether your computer has been cheated by ARP in the local area network, the method is simple:

1. Enter the command in the CMD window: ping172.19.37.126 (enter the gateway of your network). If the ping is successful, your computer is generally not cheated. If your return request times out, it usually means that your computer has been cheated. However, even if ping is valid, it may still be deceived by ARP;

2. If the first ping fails, but the Internet is still unavailable, please enter the command of statically binding the gateway in the CMD window:

ARP-s 172. 19 . 37 . 126 00-E0-fc-59-ef-68

Attachment: Tips to avoid manual static binding every time.

10, Kaspersky can't surf the Internet after upgrading.

Last night, many people had the problem that Kaspersky could not access the Internet after upgrading. Later, I found a solution. In the settings, I chose real-time terror monitoring-advanced settings-disable network attack defense when the system starts, that's it! Kaspersky is so strong that in order to prevent hackers from attacking, he blocked his own network entrance! !

1 1, MSN can't surf the Internet.

Tools Internet Options Advanced Security Check Server Certificate Revocation

See if this is selected, and if so, uncheck it.

In addition, check whether MSN is disabled in the firewall.

All deleted files are cached files and have nothing to do with search. .

Internet Options-Content (Tags)-Auto-Complete-There are two clear buttons, just click two.

All check boxes are deleted, and they will never be saved in the future.

IE7 seems to be able to clear the contents of the form when cleaning up. However, IE7 really doesn't work. You can download tools such as TT and TT on the basis of installing IE7, Maxthon.

Maxthon uses the kernel of IE, which is different from IE. . . . . .

Options-Internet Options-Content (tab)-Auto-Complete-There are two clear buttons, just click them.

All check boxes are deleted, and they will never be saved in the future.

Hardware problem

1, unable to access the Internet due to ADSL failure.

After troubleshooting the line problem, you should check whether your ADSL modem is installed at the entrance of the telephone line. It must be noted that the telephone can only be connected to the telephone signal output line of ADSL filter separator, and cannot be connected in parallel with ADSL equipment. You should also check whether your telephone line is damaged. If it is damaged, you should replace it with a new one.

Because ADSL technology requires high quality of telephone lines, the ADSL currently used is RADSL? Namely, rate adaptive ADSL? If the telephone line between the telephone office and users is disturbed by external factors within a certain period of time, RADSL will dynamically adjust the access speed of users according to the line quality and transmission distance.

2. The cable modem failed, which made it impossible to access the Internet.

The possibility of cable modem line failure is relatively low, because cable TV network companies usually connect a new port to your home from the corridor when installing cable communication, so that they can be separated from the original cable TV line and minimize the possibility of line failure. In addition, the installers of cable TV network companies usually use professional signal testing instruments to test the newly installed lines after the lines are installed to ensure that the signal strength meets the requirements. However, it does not mean that there is no possibility of line failure with cable connection. This is mainly concentrated in the case that the cable modem is moved to other places for use. If you encounter such a situation, you can only pay some money to let the cable network company install a new port for you.

3. Unable to access the Internet due to FTTB failure.

Because the line used in Zhangshi (optical fiber to the building) was laid in recent two years, the probability of line failure is low. If there is a line fault, users should eliminate their own reasons before reporting for repair.

4. Unable to access the Internet due to network card failure.

These three broadband access methods generally require network card access unless you use a built-in or USB modem. There are many faults in the network card, which cannot be explained clearly here. The author just introduces it according to some special circumstances of broadband. Broadband access providers generally provide network cards for a fee, but many users think that the network cards provided by access providers are not only expensive but also have low performance, so they buy and install them themselves. But here I want to remind you that when purchasing network cards, you must choose those brands that are widely used. Generally speaking, the compatibility of these network cards is still very good.

If the network card driver cannot be installed or often crashes, you can try to replace the network card with a slot, or install the network card driver first, and then install the drivers of other devices. In addition, when many 10/ 100M adaptive network cards are used for broadband access, the transmission speed will be unstable. If you encounter such a problem, you can try to force the network card to work in 100 M mode.

5. Personal computers in the local area network can't access the Internet.

In fact, this problem is very common in small LAN. The main reason for this problem is that the IP address allocated by the switch and the IP address automatically grabbed by the network card cannot be coordinated.

There are two simple ways to solve this situation:

1) Restart the switches and routers (unplug them and plug them in again), so that they can automatically reassign IP.

2) Adjust the network card working mode to: 10M( 100M) half-duplex working mode.

You can also (local connection properties/configuration/advanced/link speed, just select 10 half mode from options/link speed and duplex mode) (only one-way transmission is allowed: remember to change it back to automatic later, sometimes not).

3) Open a restricted Local Area Connection

A: Click the Local Area Connection property.

B: Click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and then click Properties.

C: Click "Use the following IP address" in "General" and fill in the data of "IP address" and "subnet mask", and fill in the address data of "preferred DNS server".

D: click "advanced"

E: Add an address in "DNS" and an address in "WINS".

F: OK-OK-Close-OK.
