If you use dial-up software, you will not be able to Ping. If you can't get online, it may be due to software. Just reinstall the dialing software.
3.Vista can't access the Internet.
The solution to this problem is simple. If you have a broadband connection icon on your taskbar (poorly drawn), you can start from the beginning (forget it? Where is the magnetic field? It has a control panel on it. When you enter there, you can use an icon (icon style: four computers are connected by a cable, and the Chinese version is "network center"). When you enter him, there are six options on his left. Select the sixth option (Manage network connections). When you enter, you will find a picture of two computers. After completing this step, I return to the network connection window. At this point, after selecting TCP/IP, the Uninstall button is already available (it was grayed out before this step). Click the uninstall button to delete the TCP/IP protocol, and then restart the machine.
4) After the restart, change back to the nettcpip.inf file, and then reinstall the TCP/IP protocol according to step 3 (no digital signature will be prompted at this time, hehe).
5) After installing the protocol, restart it once and reset the connection properties of "Local Connection" to connect to the network. If not, restart it again, hehe.

6.IE can't get online.
Common reasons and solutions for IE's inability to browse the Internet;
1), the problem of network setting.
This reason is more common when IP, gateway and DNS server networking methods are manually specified and proxy servers are used to access the Internet. Check the computer's network settings carefully.
Problems with DNS servers
When IE can't browse the web, first try to access it with IP address, for example, use Bbs.winzheng.com's sh command to reset the TCP/IP protocol and restore it to the state when the operating system was just installed. The specific operation is as follows:
Click "Start Running", enter the command "CMD" in the running dialog box, and the bomb will open the command prompt window, then enter the command "netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt" and press enter. The file "resetlog.txt" is a log file used to record the results of command execution, and this parameter option must be specified. The full path of the log file specified here is "c:\resetlog.txt". The result of executing this command is the same as that of deleting and reinstalling the TCP/IP protocol.
Tip: The netsh command is a scripting tool based on the command line. You can use this command to configure and monitor Windows systems. The second solution is to repair the above files. WIN9X uses SFC to re-extract the above files, and WIN2000/XP/2003 uses sfc /scannow command to repair the files.
