Wu Zuqiang, Wang Yanqiao and Liu Dehai, little sisters of grassland heroes, written in 1972. This Pipa Concerto is based on the heroic deeds of Mongolian sisters Long Mei and Yu Rong in fighting against snowstorms and protecting sheep, and shows the moving image of the new generation of the motherland who love socialism, the collective and the courage to struggle. The whole song is divided into five sections: ① Grassland grazing; (2) Fighting against snowstorms; (3) before the cold night; (4) The Party's concern is firmly in mind; Tens of millions of red flowers are blooming everywhere. The theme of music is fresh and lively, full of vitality, and has a strong color of Inner Mongolia national music. Playing pipa, a distinctive national musical instrument, makes the innocent, lively and lovely image of the little girl come alive. The second paragraph makes full use of the usual expressive techniques and complicated techniques when pipa plays traditional Wu Qu, and vividly depicts the scene of little sisters fighting with nature. The fourth melody, like a song and full of affection, is played with the pipa four-fingered long wheel and set off by the simple timbre played with the big finger, which profoundly reveals the little hero's sincere feelings for the party. Music in the form of pipa concerto, on the one hand, gives full play to the rich expressive force of pipa, and at the same time uses the rich expressive means of orchestral symphony, which are organically combined and complement each other. The song was first performed in 1974, and then went to the United States twice in 1978 and 1979, which was appreciated by audiences at home and abroad.
