Huaqiao town Agricultural Comprehensive Service Center is the center of 200,000 mu grain and oil industrial base in the north of this area. Based on the four functions of intelligent seedling raising, agricultural machinery service, grain processing and digital management, it provides digital "one-stop" comprehensive agricultural services.
The district adheres to the overall planning of implementing the rural revitalization strategy, aiming at creating a national rural revitalization demonstration county, focusing on building a modern agricultural industrial system and building a modern agricultural park as a carrier to comprehensively promote the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas. Up to now, 300,000 mu of modern agricultural industrial base has been built, and five-star modern agricultural parks 1 in longan pomelo province, three-star grain and oil parks 1 in the whole province and four municipal parks have been built. We have cultivated 17 leading agricultural enterprises at or above the municipal level, and 2005 new agricultural business entities such as family farms and professional cooperatives.
The area adheres to the integration of production, marketing, agriculture, culture and tourism, and 87 primary processing bases and warehousing and logistics bases have been newly (reformed), with the primary processing rate of agricultural products reaching over 75%. Thirty-four agricultural products with "three products and one standard" have been cultivated, "Guang 'an Longyan Pomelo" has been rated as "Top Ten Excellent Regional Public Brands of Agricultural Products in Sichuan Province", and "Ren Wei Jiaxiang" brand Guang 'an Xiangmi has won the gold medal in the 16th National Agricultural Expo and the certification of high-quality agricultural products in Sichuan Province. Five integrated development projects of agriculture, literature and tourism, such as the south of the Yangtze River, the West Fairy Mountain House and the Bashang Grassland, were built to increase the income of village collectives and farmers. The per capita disposable income of rural residents in the whole region reached 20,329 yuan, an increase of 5.8%. The total agricultural output value of the region was 6.37 billion yuan, an increase of 3.8%; The added value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery was 3,965.438 billion yuan, an increase of 3.7%.
Guang 'an District has been successively rated as the first batch of national modern agricultural demonstration zones, the national advanced county of grain production, the national overall promotion county of pollution-free agricultural products, the national promotion county of resource utilization of livestock manure, the strong county of modern agricultural industrial base in the province, the demonstration county of agricultural product quality and safety supervision, the large county of transferring pigs, the demonstration zone of animal epidemic disease without regulations, and the advanced county (city, district) of rural reform in the province. It is a pilot area of comprehensive rural reform in China and is rated as an advanced county for rural revitalization in the whole province.
