Second, the scope of the transfer

Third, the transfer conditions
(1) The applicant shall meet the following conditions:
1, with a firm political stance and excellent political quality, having the working ability and experience required for public transfer, and having the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;
2. Having worked in this organ for more than 3 years, of which: the minimum service years of township civil servants and Selected Graduates who are hired after 20 15 years are 5 years and 3 years respectively (including probation period), and the calculation time of working years is as of August 3, 20221day;
3. The annual assessment is competent and above (except the probation period);
Under the age of 4.40 (born after1981July 3 1);
5. Have a bachelor degree or above;
6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
(two) in any of the following circumstances, it shall not participate in the public transfer:
1, expelled from China * * * party;
2. It is listed as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty according to law;
3. Admonishing, organizational treatment or disciplinary action, etc. , the influence period has not expired or expired, and the suspected violation of discipline and law is under investigation, and no conclusion has been reached;
4. According to the relevant regulations, civil servants who have not completed their service life in the targeted unit or have other restrictions on transfer (employment and placement through preferential policies) and have been informed of the minimum service life in their own organs or posts at the time of employment and placement shall not be transferred to other organs or posts before the expiration. Administrative law enforcement, professional and technical civil servants are generally not allowed to transfer to other positions within the prescribed time limit);
5. In the past two years, I signed up for all kinds of transfer exams in our city and abandoned them without any reason;
6. It may constitute avoidance relationship after the transfer;
7. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Iv. transfer procedures
(1) Registration and qualification examination
1. Registration time: from July 6 to July 8, 2022, from 8: 30am to12: 00pm and from 2: 30pm to 6: 00pm.

3. Required materials: ① Registration Form for Public Selection and Transfer of Civil Servants in Dongtai City (Annex 2) in triplicate; Original and photocopy of ID card, academic degree certificate and other relevant documents, in which academic degrees obtained outside the country (territory) must be certified by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education; 3 recent 2-inch bareheaded color photos and their electronic versions; (4) a copy of the civil service registration form; (5) annual assessment certificate over the years; ⑥ Proof of relevant work experience and job requirements.
If I have difficulty in on-site registration within the specified time, I can entrust others to register on my behalf, and the applicant must provide proof materials such as my ID card and power of attorney.
4. Qualification examination. After the registration deadline, the applicants will be qualified, and those who pass the examination will be notified by telephone to receive the written test admission ticket. If the proportion of examination opening does not reach 1:3, the adjustment plan shall be reduced or cancelled accordingly.
The qualification examination runs through the whole process, and the personal information and all materials provided by the applicants must be true and effective. Once fraud is found, his qualification will be cancelled at any time and recorded in the integrity file of civil servants.
(2) Organizing examinations
The examination adopts a combination of written examination and interview, with a percentage system, and the qualified score line is 60 points, rounded to two decimal places. The specific examination time and place will be notified separately.
1, written test. It mainly tests the level of policy theory, the ability to analyze and solve practical problems, and the ability to express words. After the written test, the interviewer (including the last one with the same score) will be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1:3. If it is less than 1:3, the transfer plan will be reduced or cancelled accordingly.
2. Interview. The interview adopts a structured interview method, focusing on testing the comprehensive quality and professional level needed to perform job responsibilities.
3. Total score. According to 40% written test and 60% interview, the total score will be synthesized.
(3) Investigation and physical examination
Implement equality checks. According to the total score from high to low, determine the object of investigation (if the total score is the same, determine it according to the interview results from high to low), and comprehensively investigate the morality, ability, diligence, performance, honesty, political and professional quality of the object of investigation and the suitability of changing jobs.
According to the investigation, the physical examination personnel shall be determined in equal amount, and the physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations. Individuals who give up or fail to pass the inspection and physical examination will be replenished in turn according to the total score from high to low.
(four) publicity and formalities
According to the examination, inspection and physical examination, the candidate to be transferred is decided and publicized, and the publicity period is not less than 5 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, those who do not meet the special circumstances such as transfer conditions will be disqualified and given a one-time replacement according to the total test score from high to low. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there are no problems or problems that do not affect the transfer, the transfer procedures shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions and procedures for the transfer of civil servants.

This public transfer work adheres to the principles of openness, fairness and justice, and consciously accepts the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision team and the society. If fraud or violation of discipline is found, the relevant applicants will be disqualified and the relevant parties will be seriously held accountable.
