In order to guide candidates to fill in their volunteers scientifically and reasonably, and to increase the propaganda of high-tech policies, after research, it is decided to hold an online consultation meeting on volunteering for the general college entrance examination in Jiangxi Province in 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the online consultation meeting). The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, the way of negotiation.
Online consultation will be held simultaneously in Jiangxi Education Network (jyt.jiangxi.gov.cn), WeChat WeChat official account of Jiangxi Education Department, website of Jiangxi Education Examinations Institute (www.jxeea.cn), online website of Jiangjiao (www.know.edu.cn), APP and WeChat WeChat official account.
During the online consultation meeting, candidates can log on to any platform for consultation with their candidate number (admission ticket number) and ID number, and policy experts from Jiangxi Admissions University and Provincial Education Examinations Institute will reply online in time.
Second, the timing.
The online consultation lasts for 4 days, and 2 consultations are arranged every day for 3 hours each time. The specific arrangements are as follows:
Third, the registration method
(1) Colleges and universities participating in the online consultation meeting should log in to the registration system of Jiangxi Education Examinations Institute website (www.jxeea.cn) from June 12 to June 18.
(2) Please fill in the relevant contents in the registration system. The user name of the online consultation system is the full name of the Chinese University, and the login password is drawn up by the university itself in the registration system. Colleges and universities must check the number of participating games at one time. Once submitted, the number of participating games cannot be changed or increased. Colleges that have both arts and sciences undergraduate majors, arts or sports undergraduate majors and Jiangxi higher vocational colleges majors must check all of them at once when choosing to participate in two special courses, art or sports special courses and Jiangxi higher vocational colleges special courses.
(3) In line with the attitude of being responsible for universities and candidates, the Provincial Education Examinations Institute will authenticate the identity of universities that apply for online consultation. The accreditation process of participating universities is as follows: 1. Log in to the registration system to capture the registration form information and print it; 2. Stamp the official seal on the registration form; 3. Scan the registration form (PDF format) or take photos in electronic format (JPG format); Send the stamped application form to the designated email address :23800337@qq.com before June 18; 5. The staff of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute will reply the certification results in the mail after confirming the certification (note: registered but uncertified colleges and universities will not be arranged to participate).
(4) Online consultation is open to candidates and parents in the province. Please attach great importance to the participating colleges and universities, and arrange special personnel to participate in them in the attitude of being responsible for the candidates and respecting the public. Participating colleges and universities should log on to the online platform of the consultation meeting 10 minutes in advance, and answer candidates' questions in a true, objective and timely manner, so as to avoid the situation that candidates wait too long or no one answers online questions.
