What about Hangzhou Orfila Network Technology Co., Ltd.?

I used to be a customer service worker in this company for more than a year. Let's make an objective evaluation.

Let's start with the bright side:

The working atmosphere is good. More than 120 people in the first half of 2020. It is said that there are more than 150 people, about 70% of whom are girls, and the ratio of customer service staff to sales staff is almost 4: 1. There will be some small gifts or afternoon tea on holidays, and there will be two tour groups every year. Every month, there are "innovation award", "teaching award", "Bole award", "service star" and "sales third place", as well as various awards for outstanding employees of the year. The boss is so easygoing that all the employees call him Tao Ge.

This company has a good prospect. The staff size and turnover will basically double every year, and the company is still willing to invest in all aspects and only focus on brand rights protection. Sales commission is relatively high, and customer service also has commission income. The overall salary of e-commerce service industry is relatively high.

Still very responsible to customers. There are many referrals, and service personnel are also arranged on weekends (even and odd holidays). Customer service often has business training and experience sharing (this is how awards are awarded), so it is still professional and has a good reputation in the industry.

Let's start with the bad side:

1. The office space is slightly crowded. The venue fee along the riverside in Hangzhou should be quite high. Except for a few big offices, most of the customer service and sales work in one hall. So it looks crowded and a little crowded. I heard that we moved to a new venue this year, which is much bigger than before. Now it should be improved.

2. Have certain work pressure. Especially in sales, you get more for more work, and your salary depends on commission. The company is developing rapidly, and it needs to keep learning and improve its ability to keep up with the pace.

I left my job for almost a year because of other things.
