Extended information Zhejiang, referred to as "Zhejiang", is the capital of Hangzhou. Qiantang River, the largest river in China, is called Jiangzhe River because of its twists and turns. Also known as Zhejiang, the province is named Jiang.
Located in the south wing of the Yangtze River Delta on the southeast coast of China, it borders the East China Sea in the east, Fujian in the south, Anhui and Jiangxi in the west and Shanghai and Jiangsu in the north.
