Check the display mode of call records.
Check whether the call record display mode is "All": Phone icon-Record-More-(Settings)-Filter mode (View mode)-Select "All Calls" (All Records). Note: Different models of mobile phones may have slightly different viewing paths.
Call again
Call again, or call from your mobile phone to see if there is any record.
View third-party phone software
Check whether the third-party telephone software is installed on the mobile phone. If so, it is recommended to open the telephone software to check.
Update the mobile phone system version
If it doesn't work, please try to update the mobile phone system version.
Restore factory settings
If the call record is still not displayed, please back up the data (contacts, information, pictures, etc. ) and restore the equipment to the factory settings.
Go to the service center for testing.
If the problem still exists, it is recommended that you take the purchase invoice, maintenance card and mobile phone to the local service center for professional engineers to help you test.
