Real estate project supervision

Supervision engineer refers to the engineering construction supervision personnel who have passed the national unified examination, obtained the qualification certificate of supervision engineer and registered. Chief supervision engineer refers to the supervision engineer authorized by the legal representative of the supervision unit in writing, who is fully responsible for the performance of the entrusted supervision contract and presides over the work of the project supervision institution. In addition, supervisors also include professional supervision engineers and supervisors, but in the whole process of information system engineering construction, the role of chief supervision engineer is very important for supervision quality.
According to the Regulations on Quality Management of Construction Projects, supervisors shall bear the following responsibilities: Chapter V Quality Responsibilities and Obligations of Engineering Supervision Units Article 34 Engineering supervision units shall obtain qualification certificates of corresponding grades according to law and undertake engineering supervision business within the scope permitted by their qualification grades. It is forbidden for engineering supervision units to go beyond the scope permitted by their own qualification grades or undertake engineering supervision business in the name of other engineering supervision units. It is forbidden for engineering supervision units to allow other units or individuals to undertake engineering supervision business in their own names. The project supervision unit shall not transfer the project supervision business. Article 35 A project supervision unit may not undertake the supervision business of a construction project if it has affiliation or other interests with the construction unit, building materials, building components and equipment suppliers of the supervised project. Thirty-sixth engineering supervision units should be based on laws, regulations and relevant technical standards, design documents and construction contracts, on behalf of the construction unit to supervise the quality of the project, and bear the responsibility for the quality of the project. Thirty-seventh engineering supervision units shall send chief supervision engineers and supervision engineers with corresponding qualifications to the construction site. Without the signature of the supervision engineer, building materials, building components and equipment shall not be used or installed in the project, and the construction unit shall not carry out the construction of the next process. Without the signature of the chief supervision engineer, the construction unit will not allocate the project funds and will not carry out the completion acceptance. Thirty-eighth supervision engineers shall, in accordance with the requirements of engineering supervision norms, take the form of standing by, patrolling and parallel inspection to supervise construction projects. Responsibilities of the supervisor 1. Safety supervisor is the main implementer of the daily supervision of project safety production, and performs the duties of project safety production supervision on behalf of the chief supervision engineer in the process of project engineering supervision. 2, safety supervisors should conscientiously implement the "Regulations on the Administration of Construction Project Safety in Production", implement the principles and policies of labor protection and safety in production, laws and regulations, norms and standards, and do a good job in publicity, education and supervision of safety in production. 3, safety supervisor has the right to participate in the construction organization design (scheme) and safety technical measures plan review, and supervise and inspect the implementation. 4, safety supervisor should do a good job of daily safety patrol inspection, grasp the safety production dynamics. 5. The safety supervisor shall participate in the ten-day inspection activities of safety supervision and make records of safety activities. 6, safety personnel have the right to check the construction personnel related certificates, have the right to stop the special type of work personnel related certificates. 7, safety supervisor in the process of supervision, have the right to stop illegal command, illegal operation behavior; Have the right to require the construction unit to carry out rectification when potential safety accidents are found, and report to the chief supervision engineer in time; If the situation is serious, the construction unit shall be required to temporarily stop the construction and report to the chief supervision engineer immediately. 8. The safety supervisor shall supervise and inspect the implementation of the safety rectification notice of the construction unit. Have the right to check the contents of the rectification notice reply form, and have the right to request further rectification if it does not meet the rectification requirements, and report the verification to the director.
