Responsibilities of the Employment Guidance Department of the Student Union of our school

1, undergraduate and junior college students are employed.

2. Implement the policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education on graduate employment, formulate relevant school rules and annual plans for graduate employment, and organize their implementation.

3. Responsible for graduate qualification examination, agreement management, employment planning, employment dispatch and reassignment.

4. Cultivate the job market and establish a job base. Strengthen contact with employers, collect demand information, and constantly expand employment space.

5. Organize graduate supply and demand meetings, release graduate information, and do a good job in recommending graduates.

6 to carry out ideological education and employment guidance for graduates, and organize the establishment of employment guidance courses for college students and employment consultation for graduates.

7, responsible for the construction of the school employment information network, to provide network information services for graduates.

8. Responsible for arranging the graduation schedule of graduates and coordinating relevant departments to handle graduation procedures.

9, to carry out employment investigation and research work, to provide the basis for the decision-making of school leaders and relevant departments.

First, the school student union takes the presidium as the core of leadership, including one chairman and several vice-chairmen.

Second, the presidium consists of several functional departments, generally including office (presidium and secretariat), class liaison department (trade union department of class committee), propaganda department, organization department, study department, practice department, sports department, literature and art department, life department, discipline department (discipline inspection department, discipline inspection department), building management department (internal affairs department for boys, management department for girls) and external liaison department (external liaison department).
