Chapter V Barracks Management
Article 23 Barracks as mentioned in these Regulations refer to houses owned by the army and used and managed by military units. The army implements a quota system for barracks occupation. The limit of barracks living area shall be approved according to the unit personnel, equipment establishment and barracks construction area standard.
Twenty-fourth military housing should be guaranteed by combining apartment housing with self-owned housing. Servicemen can rent apartments and move out after leaving their jobs or buying their own houses.
