The train ticket refund invoice can be directly collected at the ticket booth of the railway station. When collecting the refund fee at the ticket window of the station, you can issue a refund voucher. According to the relevant regulations of national invoice management, passengers can use it for reimbursement.
Refund fee is not charged for refunds more than 0/5 days before driving/kloc-. If you arrive at the bus stop more than 48 hours before driving, the fare will be 5%, if you arrive more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours, it will be 10%, and if you arrive less than 24 hours, it will be 20%. If another train arrives at the station more than 15 days before departure, and the ticket is refunded before 15 days before departure, a refund fee of 5% will still be charged.
Refund must meet the following requirements and precautions. First of all, the passengers handle it themselves. Please provide the original ticket and valid identity documents used when purchasing tickets. If you show the original valid ID card, please apply for the temporary identity certificate of the passenger train at the railway police Certificate Gate of the station before refunding the ticket.
Legal basis: Article 50 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Railway Passenger Transport Regulations states that when the line is interrupted and the passenger requests a refund, the departure station will refund all the fares, and the midway station will refund the difference between the received fares and the fares of the already-traveled sections, and no refund fee will be charged. However, extra tickets due to violation of regulations and tickets that have been used at the station will not be returned. If the line interruption is the responsibility of the carrier, it shall be handled in accordance with Article 49 of these Provisions.
