If approved, the claim will be credited to the beneficiary account of medical insurance.
Generally speaking, the materials required for Responsibility I and Responsibility II of Jining Jihuibao include claim application (signed by the insured), customer information registration form, valid identity certificate of the insured (copy of both sides), certificate of relationship with the insured (copy), medical records/pathological/hematological examination reports of the insured issued by medical institutions, and hospitalization expenses incurred by the insured shall be provided by hospitals recognized by insurance companies.
The materials required for responsibility three include pathological diagnosis report, drug prescription, drug invoice, expense list, beneficiary's bank account, etc.
