ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) resin is a thermoplastic polymer material with high strength, good toughness and easy processing and molding, and it is a polymer of acrylonitrile-styrene-butadiene. Because of its high strength, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, it is often used to manufacture the plastic shell of instruments. ABS is a general thermoplastic engineering plastic developed in 1940s. It is a kind of plastic with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. It not only has good rigidity, hardness and processing fluidity, but also has high toughness, and can be injected, extruded or thermoformed. Most automobile parts are processed by injection molding. Compared with PP, ABS resin has the advantages of impact resistance, sound insulation, scratch resistance, better heat resistance and more beautiful appearance. ABS resin is easy to process, good in dimensional stability and surface gloss, easy to paint and color, and can also be used for secondary processing such as metal spraying, electroplating, welding and bonding.
PP (polypropylene) is a high molecular polymer, and the monomer is propylene CH2 = CH-CH3. Polypropylene can be obtained by addition polymerization. The chemical formula can be expressed as (C3H6)n, and the structural formula can be expressed as [-CH2-CH (CH3)-] n.
PE (polyethylene) is the simplest polymer organic compound and the most widely used polymer material in the world. It is polymerized from ethylene and can be divided into high density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene and low density polyethylene according to different densities.
The main component of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is polyvinyl chloride, which has bright color, corrosion resistance, firmness and durability. Because some toxic auxiliary materials such as plasticizer and antioxidant are added in the manufacturing process to enhance its heat resistance, toughness and ductility, its products generally do not store food and medicine.
Stainless steel (CR for short) refers to steel that is resistant to weak corrosive media such as air, steam and water and chemical corrosive media such as acid, alkali and salt, and is also called stainless acid-resistant steel. In practical application, steel resistant to weak corrosive medium is usually called stainless steel, while steel resistant to chemical medium is called acid-resistant steel. It can be divided into Cr-Mn-Ni series (200 series), Cr-Ni series (300 series), Cr series (400 series) and precipitation hardening series (600 series). 20 1# and 304# stainless steel are commonly used to manufacture medical devices.
Carbon steel mainly refers to the iron-carbon alloy with the mass fraction of carbon less than 2. 1 1% and no special alloying elements, sometimes called plain carbon steel or carbon steel. In addition to carbon, carbon steel generally contains a small amount of silicon, manganese, sulfur and phosphorus.
Plastic spraying is a surface treatment method of spraying plastic powder on parts. Electrostatic spraying technology has the advantages of no diluent, no pollution to the environment and no harm to human body. The coating has excellent appearance quality, strong adhesion and mechanical strength, short curing time in spraying construction, much higher corrosion resistance and wear resistance, no need for primer, simple construction, low technical requirements for workers and lower cost than the coating process. In some construction occasions, it has been clearly stated that electrostatic plastic spraying process must be used, and electrostatic powder spraying process will not appear the common flowing phenomenon in painting process.
