I. Application conditions
All economic professionals who abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), have good moral conduct and professional quality, and meet the registration requirements for the primary and intermediate economic professional and technical qualification examinations can sign up for the corresponding level examinations.
(a) who is engaged in economic professional work, with high school education recognized by the national education department (including senior high school, technical secondary school, vocational high school, technical school, the same below) or above, can sign up for the primary economic professional and technical qualification examination.
(two) one of the following conditions, you can sign up for the intermediate economic professional and technical qualification examination:
1, graduated from high school and obtained the technical qualification of primary economic specialty, and worked in related majors for 10 years;

Since 2023, intellectual property professionals have participated in the economic series professional and technical qualification examination or title evaluation. Relevant titles in the field of intellectual property obtained in accordance with relevant regulations can be used as conditions for entering the higher-level professional and technical qualification examination or evaluation of economic series intellectual property majors.

Second, the scope of registration
The inspection should be carried out locally. Persons with local household registration, or Shanghai residence permit (within the validity period), who have worked in relevant units in this city and have paid social insurance 12 months in this city in the past two years (one month before the end of registration), or who are in the normal state of paying social insurance in this city at the time of registration and meet the registration conditions, can register for the examination in this city.
Third, the examination time and examination subjects
In 2022, the national junior middle school economic professional and technical qualification examination was held on June 165438+ 10, June 12, and June 13. The examination forms were all electronic examinations (computer examinations).
The examination is divided into two levels, primary and intermediate, with each level 10 major, including business administration, agricultural economy, finance and taxation, finance, insurance, transportation economy, human resource management, tourism economy, construction and real estate economy, and intellectual property rights.
Both the elementary and intermediate exams set the public course "Basic Economic Knowledge" and the specialized course "Professional Knowledge and Practice", and the questions are objective. Four. Measures for the administration of examination results
Junior high school examination results are managed in a rolling way, with a cycle of two years. Candidates must pass all the examination subjects in two consecutive examination years in order to obtain the corresponding qualification certificate.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) exam registration related matters
This exam adopts online registration, qualification verification (all online) and online payment. The registration website is "Online Registration" of China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com.cn). Candidates will not be successful until they complete online payment.
The examination registration shall be subject to the notification and commitment system for certification matters. For details of the notification and commitment system for registration and certification of professional and technical personnel qualification examination, the online registration operation process and related requirements, please refer to the column of "Notification and Commitment System for Registration and Certification of Qualification Examination" in China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com.cn) and the related description of the registration system. If there are false promises in the qualification examination registration, the notification commitment system is not applicable. According to the Provisions on Handling Disciplinary Actions in Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Order No.31), the notification commitment system is not applicable to those who have serious or particularly serious disciplinary actions and are recorded in the integrity file of the qualification examination during the recording period.
(1) Registration and Login
Before the exam registration, candidates must complete the registration and personal information verification through the online registration system in advance. From now on, candidates can log on to the "Online Registration" column of China Personnel Testing Network (www.cpta.com.cn) to register and fill in their personal information.
Candidates who have registered in the registration system in the past do not need to re-register, and should log in to the registration system in advance to supplement and improve the relevant information.
The online registration system will check the candidate's identity information and academic degree information online. Candidates can log in to the registration system 24 hours after the information is submitted, and sign up for the exam within the specified time limit (whether the verification result passes or not does not affect the exam registration). Candidates are advised to reserve enough time in advance to complete user registration and information submission. Those who have not signed up or completed the verification cannot sign up for the exam.
Candidates who register for the first time should upload registration photos as required. Registration photos will be used in the admission ticket, examination room seating table, certificate and certificate inquiry authentication system. Candidates should be careful when uploading photos. Once the photos are uploaded and confirmed, they cannot be replaced. Candidates must download and use the "photo review and processing tool" designated by the registration system in advance, and upload the electronic photos of the color half-length bareheaded front certificate that I have recently reviewed and saved by this tool. Only when the photo background is white can you pass the photo review in the registration system, otherwise you can't register. Candidates who have registered in the registration system still use the original photos.
The types of documents for online verification of identity information are China people's ID card and Chinese resident ID card.
The following conditions cannot be verified by registration: ① Education below technical secondary school, education above junior college in 2002 or before, and obtaining a degree before September 2008; (2) Identity and academic degree information failed to pass online verification; (3) Other types of identity documents, domestic/overseas academic degrees, etc. Unable to verify online. After the feedback of the registration verification results, candidates can continue to fill in the examination registration information within the prescribed time limit, but they must accept on-site verification (all online) according to the prescribed time limit and requirements. (2) Examination registration
Examination registration time is from August 3rd, 2022 10: 00 to August 2nd 16:00, and the website is "Online Registration" of China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com.cn).
Candidates who have completed the registration verification can fill in the examination registration information within the prescribed time limit. Candidates who have completed the registration information must click "Save" in time to choose whether to register through the notification commitment system.
After selecting the handling method, upload relevant information according to the system prompt, and click "Registration Confirmation". The applicant's identity information, academic degree, etc. If online verification is not possible or fails, you must upload your ID card, academic qualifications and degree certificate photos as required (those who have obtained academic degrees at home or abroad must upload the certification report). Applicants who do not apply for the notification commitment system, do not choose the notification commitment system, or withdraw their application for commitment, in addition to the above information, they also need to upload proof of work experience.
Candidates can choose the corresponding examination area according to their actual situation when registering online (the "city" option in the registration system). The city has set up downtown examination areas (including Xuhui, Changning, Jing 'an, Putuo, Hongkou, Yangpu and Huangpu) and Pudong, Baoshan, Minhang, Jiading, Fengxian, Songjiang, Jinshan, Qingpu and Chongming examination areas. The examination room is generally arranged in the test center of the corresponding examination area. If the number of applicants exceeds the number of places in the examination area, the overall arrangement will be adjusted.
Candidates must confirm that they meet the registration conditions and correctly choose the registration level, major and examination subjects. Those who fail to meet the registration conditions or make a mistake in registration, resulting in failure to obtain a qualified certificate and invalid results, shall be responsible for it by themselves.
(3) Inform commitment
Applicants who choose to register by notification and commitment system should promise that they know the name, basis, contents and materials of certification, the verification right of the examination institution, the applicant's cooperation obligation, the way of commitment and the legal liability that may be borne by false promises, and promise that they have met the registration conditions, the information filled in is true and objective, and they are willing to accept the verification of the examination institution and accept the legal liability of false promises. The applicant signs the notification commitment letter electronically (electronic text). Once submitted, it has legal effect and is not allowed to make commitments on their behalf.
For applicants who have made a commitment, their identity, academic degree, major and other information have been automatically verified online, and there is no record in the integrity file of qualification examination. In principle, there is no need to provide relevant certification materials for on-site verification. After the applicant makes a promise, he can withdraw his promise before the registration is successful and the registration deadline. If the applicant withdraws his promise, this year's exam is no longer applicable to the notification commitment system, and he must accept on-site verification (all online) according to the prescribed time limit and requirements. (4) On-site verification (all online)
After submitting the application information, the online registration system will judge the academic degree, working years and professional working years and verify them online, and prompt candidates to operate accordingly according to different situations. Those who pass the verification can pay directly without on-site verification.
Applicants who do not apply the notification commitment system, applicants who do not choose to apply for registration under the notification commitment system, applicants who withdraw their commitment applications, their identity information, academic degrees, etc. Those who are unable to conduct online verification or fail online verification must accept on-site verification according to the prescribed time limit and requirements (online uploading materials are not on site). Those who pass the verification can pay the fee, and the deadline for on-site verification is August, 2022 13 16:00.
Candidates can log in to the online registration system 24 hours after completing the "Registration Confirmation" and check the verification results in the "Current Registration Status". If you fail to complete or pass the verification for more than 48 hours, or have any questions during the registration process, please contact the registration consultation verification point (hereinafter referred to as the registration point) selected during online registration in time. Please refer to the attachment for the telephone number and address of the registration point.
The registration point provides examination qualification verification and registration consultation services (9:30- 1 1:30, 13:30- 16:00 every day during the registration period), which is not an examination place.
(5) Payment confirmation
Candidates who pass the verification can pay online. The deadline for online payment is August 5, 2022 16:00 (it is recommended to avoid paying at the bank settlement time around 24:00 every day). If it is overdue, it will be regarded as giving up registration. Candidates can pay online through the bank card or electronic code scanning payment tool supported by the payment platform of the registration system, and the platform has opened the online payment function. After paying fees, candidates should re-check their application information and payment information (online payment information and bank card deduction information), confirm that they meet the application conditions, the application information is correct (pay special attention to the accuracy of application level, major and subject), and print the application form for later use after paying fees successfully. Due to uncertain factors such as network transmission speed, the payment confirmation information may be relatively delayed, but generally it will not exceed 24 hours. Candidates are advised not to pay money repeatedly, and candidates are advised not to open multiple payment pages at the same time to avoid wrong accounts.
The fee standard for this examination is: registration fee 10 yuan/person, and the examination fee is 40 yuan per subject. After the candidates confirm their registration, the fees paid will not be refunded. Candidates can contact the registration point to receive the examination fee receipt with the admission ticket or transcript during the issuing period, and the overdue period will be regarded as waiver.
(6) Download the admission ticket
Successful candidates should download and print the admission ticket on the registration website (www.cpta.com.cn) at 00: 00-11on October 8, 2022. Failure to do so will be regarded as giving up the exam. Candidates encounter problems when downloading the admission ticket, or find that the downloaded admission information is wrong, please contact the registration point I choose in time.
Vi. supervision, management and disciplinary action
(a) the examination institutions will carry out daily supervision of the examination process and accept social supervision. Candidates should actively cooperate with the examination institutions for verification and submit relevant certification materials in time. Candidates who do not meet the requirements of the examination, or fail to accept the verification according to the requirements of the examination institution within the time limit, the examination registration is invalid or the examination qualification is abandoned, and the examination results are invalid.
(2) Candidates who have committed serious violations of discipline and discipline, such as providing false certification materials or obtaining corresponding qualification certificates or achievement certificates by other improper means, shall be dealt with in accordance with Articles 10 and 12 of the Provisions on Handling Violations of Discipline and Discipline in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel (OrderNo. 12). (4) Candidates who violate discipline and discipline during the examination shall be treated in accordance with the Provisions on Disciplinary Treatment of Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel (Order No.3 1 of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security). Suspected of taking exams, organizing cheating in exams and other criminal activities, they shall be transferred to public security organs according to law. The information of those who violate the rules and regulations in the examination and their handling opinions will be published in the "Disciplinary Handling" column of the website of Shanghai Vocational Ability Examination Institute (www.rsj.sh.gov.cn/spta.shtml) within 0/0 working day after the examination.
(5) After the examination, the same answers will be identified and appraised by technical means. Those who are identified as identical answers shall be given invalid treatment according to regulations, and those who violate discipline and cheat shall be dealt with separately according to relevant regulations. Candidates have the obligation to properly protect their test papers and answer information from being copied by others. If there is the same answer, both parties will cancel the test results.
Seven. Other related matters.
(1) The specific requirements for candidates to take the epidemic prevention and control examination shall be published on the website of Shanghai Vocational Ability Examination Institute (www.rsj.sh.gov.cn/spta.shtml) at least 10 days before the examination. Candidates are required to fully understand and comply with it, and do a good job of self-protection, independent health monitoring and nucleic acid detection before the exam as required. (4) Instructions for Candidates
1. This exam is electronic, and candidates must answer questions on the computer. The stationery that candidates can carry is limited to pencils, and no other tools are allowed to take the exam. 2. The examination duration of each subject in the junior high school entrance examination is 1.5 hours, and each subject can be handed in 15 minutes in advance. (6) Certificate collection
According to the Notice of the General Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Promoting Electronic Certificates for Professional and Technical Personnel (No.97 issued by the Human Resources and Social Security Department [202/KLOC-0]), in 2022, the national junior and intermediate economic professional and technical qualification certificates will be stamped with the electronic seal of "Special Seal for Professional and Technical Personnel in People's Republic of China (PRC) and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security". Electronic certificates can be downloaded, inquired and verified on China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com.cn), and have the same legal effect as paper certificates.
After the implementation of the electronic certificate, the paper certificate will still be issued in the original way. If the issued paper certificate is lost, damaged, or overdue, it will not be reissued. Generally, the collection time of paper certificate is about three months after the release of test results.
