General situation of Lianyungang public resources trading center;
Lianyungang Public Resource Trading Center, formerly known as Lianyungang Bidding Center, was approved by the municipal government in 20 15, following the reform principle of "industry sponsorship, central service and government supervision" and adhering to the working purpose of "centralized trading, clean and standardized operation, open and fair competition, efficient and high-quality service", providing laws, information and high-quality services for the city's public resource trading activities. The center is managed by the municipal administrative service management office and is an important external service window of the municipal government.
In order to further standardize the development of local project bidding in Lianyungang, Lianyungang Bidding Network established the Municipal Construction Project Bidding Management Office, which is a national institution with independent legal personality and entrusted by the Municipal Planning and Construction Committee to supervise and manage the bidding activities of construction projects.
Duties of Lianyungang office:
