The government affairs center is a comprehensive administrative service organization organized by local governments, which focuses on administrative licensing matters and services within the scope of the government at the corresponding level, and integrates information consultation, management coordination and complaint supervision.
With the continuous transformation of government functions (the establishment of service-oriented government), its services are also expanding, such as government procurement, investment services, letters and visits reception, and government affairs disclosure. The implementation of "one-stop office, one-stop service", mainly administrative examination and approval, supplemented by other convenience services sent by the government (permanent) institutions.
Responsibilities of the administrative center:
(a) to undertake the responsibility of government service operation and management, and coordinate administrative examination and approval, public service standardization, process reengineering and service optimization.
(two) to promote the reform and innovation of government service mode, and cooperate with the reform of administrative examination and approval system;
(3) Promote relatively centralized examination and approval services and comprehensive window services to provide "one-stop" services for citizens and investors.

(five) to be responsible for the construction and management of the city's government service system, and to guide and coordinate the government service work of relevant functional departments outside the center.
