In order to meet the employment needs of public institutions in Wuhan, build a team of high-quality professionals and serve the development of social welfare undertakings, according to the Regulations on Personnel Management of Public Institutions (Order No.652 of the State Council) and relevant regulations, the Organization Department of Wuhan Municipal Committee and Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security (hereinafter referred to as "Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security") organized public institutions to recruit 3,960 staff.

The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the recruitment target

All kinds of personnel who meet the recruitment conditions and job requirements.

Second, the recruitment conditions

(1) An applicant shall meet the following conditions:

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of the China Party and the socialist system;

3. Have good political quality and moral conduct;

4. The age should generally be between 18 and 35 (born between 1987 1- 12 in 2004).

With the consent of the recruiting unit, the age of doctoral students, personnel with intermediate titles or above and highly skilled personnel may be appropriately relaxed.

5. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

6. Have the professional or technical conditions required for the post;

7. Have other conditions required for the post.

(two) in any of the following circumstances, the application will not be accepted:

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been dismissed from public office;

2. Persons who are undergoing disciplinary review, judicial investigation or audit;

3. Persons who are being punished during the period (influence period);

4. Persons who are included in the joint disciplinary object of dishonesty according to law;

5. Active servicemen and non-fresh full-time students;

6. The original work (employment) unit does not agree to apply for the personnel;

7. Persons who have serious violations of discipline and discipline in the civil service recruitment examination and the open recruitment examination of public institutions, have been recorded in the integrity file of the civil service recruitment examination or the integrity file of the open recruitment candidates of public institutions, and are still in the recording period;

8. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

Third, registration

Online registration is implemented in this registration, and the process is as follows:

(2) Online registration

1. Submit the application.

Applicants should submit their applications from 9:00 on February 24th to 2 March 17:00 (including uploading photos, the photos used thereafter will be consistent, and photos that are not uploaded or do not meet the requirements will not be approved).

Applicants can only choose one position of a company to register, and the information submitted must be true, accurate, complete and effective. Anyone who cheats will be disqualified.

Registration will not be accepted after the registration time.

Face recognition is used for identity authentication in the registration process, and applicants need to register themselves.

2. Query the preliminary examination results.

Candidates log on to official website of Wuhan Personnel Examinations Institute from February 24th to March 3rd to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination.

From February 24th to March 1, official website of Wuhan Personnel Examinations Institute announced the post registration daily.

Those who have passed the qualification examination cannot cancel or change the registration information.

Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Candidates who forge or alter registration materials such as certificates and certificates or obtain qualifications by other improper means; Providing false application materials or information for registration qualification, which affects the results of registration examination; Other violations of discipline and discipline should cancel their qualifications for this application, all of which will be cancelled, and their related responsibilities will be investigated according to the law.

(3) Online payment confirmation

Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination should log in to official website of Wuhan Personnel Examinations Institute from 9:00 on March 4th to 24:00 on March 6th for payment confirmation. Those who fail to pay the fee on time will be deemed to have given up the exam automatically.

Those who meet the relevant provisions on examination fee waiver may apply for examination fee waiver.

According to the policy requirements of the state and Hubei Province on guiding and encouraging college graduates to work at the grass-roots level, retired soldiers who meet the policy conditions of serving grass-roots project personnel and have served in the army for more than 5 years (inclusive) can enjoy the preferential policy of extra points, and those who have been openly recruited, placed as staff of public institutions or recruited as civil servants (refer to the civil service law administrators) will no longer enjoy the preferential policy.

The relevant municipal authorities are responsible for the qualification examination of the above-mentioned personnel, and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau will summarize and publicize those who meet the policy requirements.

(4) Print the admission ticket

After the payment is confirmed to be successful, candidates should log in to official website of Wuhan Personnel Examinations Institute from March 28th 12:00 to April 2nd at 8:30 to download and print the written test admission ticket (A4 paper can be printed in black and white).

Fourth, written test

(A) written subjects and content

The written test subjects are divided into two subjects: vocational aptitude test and comprehensive application ability. The contents of written examination are divided into five categories: comprehensive management (a), social science expertise (b), natural science expertise (c), primary and secondary school teachers (d) and medical care (e). In addition to the written test-free positions marked in the post table, candidates applying for all other positions are required to take two exams in the corresponding category in the unified written test.

(2) Written test time

(3) Results query

The full marks of "Professional aptitude test" and "Comprehensive application ability" are both 150, which are converted into a hundred-point system according to the ratio of 5: 5 and then included in the written test.

(a) to participate in the interview qualification examination.

According to the written test scores from high to low, qualified examiners are determined according to the specified shortlist ratio, and those with tied written test scores are included in the list of qualified examiners.

Those who miss any subject in the written test will no longer be included in the list of qualification examiners.

Applicants must bring the original and photocopy of the job requirements materials to participate in the interview qualification review.

On-the-job civil servants (refer to civil servant law administrators) and staff of public institutions must obtain the consent of their units and provide written proof of consent at the qualification examination stage.

Anyone who fails to participate in the qualification review at the specified time and place, or the information of relevant materials submitted is incomplete or untrue, which affects the results of the qualification review, shall be disqualified from the interview by the recruiting unit, and those who have reached the minimum qualified score of the written test for the same post shall be replenished in turn according to the converted scores of the written test from high to low.

Those who pass the qualification review will enter the interview.

Before the interview, the municipal and district human resources and social departments or relevant competent departments issued an interview announcement in official website, and the interview-related matters shall be subject to the interview announcement.

After the announcement of the interview, if the candidate gives up the interview, his interview qualification will be cancelled and no replacement will be made.

Full interview score 100. For positions where the number of interviewees and the number of job recruiters do not reach the required ratio, the interview can be conducted normally, and the candidates can enter the next link only after reaching the qualified score line of comprehensive scores specified in the interview announcement.

Six, physical examination and inspection

Calculation of (1) comprehensive score.

The comprehensive score of the exam is 100, of which 40% are written and 60% are interviewed.

The interview results of the candidates who are exempt from the written test are included in the comprehensive score.

According to the order of the number of job recruiters and the comprehensive scores of candidates from high to low, the number of people participating in physical examination and inspection is determined in equal amounts.

(2) physical examination.

The physical examination shall be organized and implemented by the recruiting unit or its competent department.

The physical examination standard for open recruitment shall refer to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa 16) or the Physical Examination Standard for Industry Employees, and the physical examination institution shall inform the candidates in advance.

If the medical examination results are unqualified, they will not be hired.

If candidates have questions about the medical examination results, they can apply for reexamination as required. If the review result is still unqualified, it will not be hired.

Due to special circumstances, it is impossible to make a clear physical examination conclusion. With the consent of the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau, the higher-level competent department of the physical examination implementation department is responsible for organizing the physical examination objects to re-examine, and the conclusion of the physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination results.

Candidates must carefully complete all physical examination items. Failure to complete the medical examination items as required within the specified time shall be deemed as automatic waiver of medical examination qualification.

For female candidates during pregnancy, medical examination items that may have an impact on fetal health may be suspended according to the doctor's advice, and relevant medical examination items will be supplemented after the pregnancy is over, and relevant employment procedures will be handled after the medical examination is qualified; Candidates can also sign a letter of commitment and go through the recruitment procedures first. Those who fail the medical examination will be disqualified.

The specific procedures are subject to the opinions of the recruiting unit.

(3) check.

The inspection work shall be organized and implemented by the competent department.

Before the inspection, the candidates submitted their autobiographies (about 1500 words), and the inspection team combined with their autobiographies to comprehensively inspect their political quality, moral conduct, ability and quality, psychological quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, job matching and whether they need to be avoided, etc. And verify whether the object of investigation meets the prescribed qualifications, whether the application information and related materials provided are true, accurate and complete, and whether it is listed as a joint disciplinary object for dishonesty.

Those who fail to pass the inspection or find that they do not meet the requirements for registration during the inspection will not be hired.

Seven. Publicity and employment management

The personnel to be hired shall be publicized on the website of the competent department of official website or the district government for 7 working days.

If the job vacancy is caused by the abandonment of the personnel to be hired after publicity, it will not be replaced.

If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the recruiting unit shall, in accordance with the relevant requirements of personnel management of public institutions, issue an employment notice to the personnel to be hired, and the personnel to be hired shall arrive at the post within one month after receiving the notice and sign an employment contract with the public institutions to cooperate with the employment procedures.

If the personnel relationship and labor (employment) contract are not terminated with the original unit, the employment qualification will be cancelled and the employment confirmation registration formalities will not be handled.

Open recruitment of staff to implement the probation system, the probation period is included in the employment contract period.

Those who pass the probation period and pass the examination shall be employed in the corresponding positions according to the requirements of post setting; If there are improper behaviors during the probation period and affect the employment behavior, or those who fail to pass the examination after the probation period, the employment will be cancelled.

An employee who has entered into a labor contract with the employer for more than 3 years (including the probation period) shall have served in the employer for at least 3 years (including the probation period), unless the labor contract is terminated according to laws and regulations.

Eight. any other business

(1) According to the Provisions on Handling Disciplinary Actions in Open Recruitment of Public Institutions (Order No.35 of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), disciplinary actions in any link of open recruitment of public institutions shall be handed over to relevant departments for handling.

(2) In the recruitment process, especially in the process of qualification examination, interview, physical examination and inspection, candidates must keep the communication open, and if there is any change in the communication mode, they should take the initiative to inform the recruiting unit.

When registering, candidates should carefully read the relevant requirements of the announcement and carefully check the important information such as position, personal name, ID number, photo and qualification examination results to avoid missing the exam and employment opportunities.
