According to the different contents of consultation, it can be divided into thematic consultation and comprehensive consultation.
(1) Thematic consultation
Single consultation: refers to the consulting service activities of specific topics proposed by client enterprises or topics agreed with client enterprises. Such as business strategy, marketing, enterprise organization, production management, financial management, product development and quality management.
(2) Comprehensive consultation
Comprehensive consultation: refers to the service activities that comprehensively investigate, comprehensively analyze and put forward comprehensive improvement suggestions on the management contents of an enterprise from business areas, business objectives and business policies to production, technology, quality, finance, labor and personnel, marketing and organization.
According to different clients
(1) individual enterprise consultation. Refers to the consulting service activities carried out by enterprises.
(2) Consulting of enterprise groups. Refers to the activities of providing consulting services for several related enterprises, or providing consulting services for an enterprise group.
