Duties of the Housing Authority:
1, implement the national and provincial guidelines, policies, laws and regulations related to the real estate industry, study and formulate the provisions and measures of the city's real estate management, and organize their implementation;
2, study and formulate the city's residential construction and real estate development in the long-term planning and annual plan;
3, to guide the reform of the city's urban housing system, study and formulate specific policies and regulations of the city's housing system reform;
4, responsible for the qualification management of real estate development agencies and intermediary service agencies, responsible for the pre-sale management of urban commercial housing;
5, in conjunction with the relevant departments to regulate and supervise the city's real estate market, to participate in the formulation of urban state-owned land use rights transfer program, in conjunction with the relevant departments to do a good job in the collection of real estate taxes and fees;
6, responsible for the city's housing use and ownership management, real estate mapping management;
7, responsible for the city's property management industry management, responsible for the city's housing safety appraisal management, organize the implementation of dilapidated housing renovation and housing repair work;
8, to guide the city's real estate management, responsible for the city's affordable housing, low-cost housing construction project approval and management, organize the implementation of the "housing project";
9, responsible for the city's public housing, individual housing and adjacent housing management, the implementation of real estate policies, mediation of real estate disputes;
10, to undertake other tasks assigned by the municipal government.
Legal basis: Article 6 of the Regulations on the Registration of Real Estate.
The competent department of land and resources of the State Council is responsible for guiding and supervising the national real estate registration. The local people's governments at or above the county level shall designate a department as the real estate registration institution within their respective administrative areas, which shall be responsible for the real estate registration and accept the guidance and supervision of the real estate registration department of the people's government at a higher level.
