Xxxx Theater Project is located in Xicheng District, Beijing, with a total construction area of about155,000m2. It consists of three parts: the central building (area of 000m2), the north building (area of 2065,438+0) and the south building (area of 203). Among them, the central building is an ellipsoidal building with a long axis of 2 16.57m and a short axis of 145.57m, with a public hall, an opera house, a concert hall, a theater and a small theater surrounded by pools; The building on the north side is two floors underground, with floor elevations of -7.00m and-1 1.50m respectively, including the main ticket hall, parking lot and entrance passage. The South Building has three floors underground, with floor elevations of -7.00m,-1.50 m and-18.00m respectively, including supporting rooms such as the South Ticket Hall, the fire truck entrance and the cargo loading and unloading area.
The design elevation of+/-0.00 is initially set as the absolute elevation of 46.00m, the top elevation of ellipsoid shell is +46.28 m, the deepest part of the building is the Opera House, the indoor floor elevation is -4 1.00m, and the lowest indoor floor elevation of the central building is -28.60m and -22.00m respectively.
The engineering structure is divided into two unit systems. The facade of the building is an ellipsoid steel structure shell, and the radial direction is an arc, variable cross-section, flange-free, 6cm thick steel plate welded steel structure main frame; The circumferential beam is made of steel pipe with a diameter of 194mm and a thickness of 5mm, which is connected with the main frame of radial steel structure through special ball joints. The total weight of steel structure is about 5000 tons, and the average weight of each steel frame is about 40 tons. The ellipsoid is decorated with titanium alloy plates, and a glass curtain wall is installed between the north and south sides. The main structure in the ellipsoid adopts the reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure system, and the structural joints are set at 0.00 m and -7.00 m respectively, of which, the structural units are below -7.00m/kloc-0, and three structural units are above -7.00m ... Some main beams and columns adopt the steel-concrete composite structure system, and the ring beam of the ellipsoid shell base, the stage entrance and local long-span members adopt the prestressed reinforced concrete structure.

Xxxx Theater has a huge amount of work and a tight construction period. According to the requirements of the tender documents, the project is scheduled to start on April 1 2000, and the facade will be unveiled on August 3 1 2002. The outdoor pool is filled with water, the greening project is completed, the main indoor and outdoor passages are unblocked, and the concert hall basically meets the use conditions.
