Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Ministry of Education and Guangdong Province, and in combination with the actual situation of the school, in order to ensure the smooth enrollment of the school and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates.

Article 10 Graduation certification: Students who have been admitted according to the national enrollment management regulations and obtained the official status of our school will receive the required credits within the allowed study period. Chapter III Organizational Structure and Responsibilities
Article 11 A school shall set up an enrollment leading group composed of school leaders and heads of relevant functional departments, which shall be fully responsible for implementing the enrollment policies of the Ministry of Education and the enrollment committees of relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), formulating enrollment regulations, enrollment regulations and implementation rules, determining enrollment scale and adjusting discipline enrollment plans, leading and supervising the specific implementation of enrollment work, and coordinating and handling major issues in enrollment work.
Twelfth admissions office is the executive body of the school enrollment leading group. Its main responsibilities are to prepare enrollment plans, organize enrollment publicity and enrollment work, and handle the daily affairs of ordinary full-time undergraduate and junior college enrollment according to the school's enrollment regulations and implementation rules.
Thirteenth schools set up an enrollment supervision group composed of school leaders and discipline inspection and supervision departments to supervise the enrollment work. During the admission period, a petition team will be set up to arrange a special person to be responsible for the petition, appeal and complaint handling of candidates.
Chapter IV Enrollment Plan
Article 14 The enrollment plans and related requirements of each school by major can be found in the professional catalogue published by Shengyuan Province.
Fifteenth in Guangdong Province, undergraduate admission is a batch, and junior college (higher vocational) admission is the third batch. For the admission batches of other provinces, please refer to the enrollment catalogue published by Shengyuan Provincial Admissions Office.
Article 16 Candidates who are admitted to our school through the implementation plan of Guangdong Province's rural health talents' order-oriented training are free of tuition and accommodation fees, and must sign a targeted employment agreement with the county-level health and family planning administrative department of the targeted county (city, district) and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and send them to the designated targeted service unit for employment after graduation.
Chapter V Admission Rules
Article 17 The admission system of "the school is responsible and the recruitment office supervises" stipulated by the Ministry of Education shall be implemented, and the enrollment shall strictly abide by the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the provincial recruitment office, take the candidates' college entrance examination results as the basic basis, and comprehensively measure their moral, intellectual and physical abilities in line with the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and select the best candidates.
Eighteenth in the minimum admission control score line designated by the Provincial Admissions Committee, under the premise of ensuring the completion of the enrollment plan, formulate specific admission standards and enroll according to the classification of arts and sciences.
Article 19 The proportion of investment shall be determined according to the students' situation, which is generally controlled within 100%- 120% of the enrollment plan, and the school will make appropriate adjustments within this proportion according to the students' situation. Parallel volunteer is suitable for undergraduate enrollment of arts and sciences in Guangdong Province, and the enrollment ratio is not higher than 105%.
Article 20 Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine will select the best candidates according to the candidates' wishes and the admission principles determined by the school, provided that the ideological and political moral assessment and physical examination are qualified, and the unified examination scores reach the admission control scores of the same batch and meet the requirements of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.
Twenty-first professional admission follows the principle of "major first volunteers" and then "scores first volunteers, with volunteers". That is to say, first, the candidates are admitted from high to low according to the first professional volunteer reported by the candidates. If they are not admitted by the first professional volunteer, they will be admitted according to the method of "score first, according to the candidates' second to sixth professional volunteers". When the total score of college entrance examination is the same, if there is a ranking of college entrance examination scores, the former will be given priority according to the total score of college entrance examination; If there is no ranking of college entrance examination results, the selection shall be made according to the order of single subject results from high to low. The ranking of the scores of the single test is: liberal arts is Chinese, liberal arts comprehensive, liberal arts mathematics, and foreign languages; The categories of science are mathematics, comprehensive science, Chinese and foreign languages.
Twenty-second candidates who have not accepted all the professional volunteers, if there is a professional adjustment, will be transferred to the professional admission with vacancies in the enrollment plan according to the total score of the candidates and the results of the single subject. Candidates whose total score in the college entrance examination is too low and do not meet the professional wishes and do not obey the adjustment, or candidates who participate in the adjustment but do not meet the specific requirements for training, or candidates whose health conditions do not meet the requirements of professional conditions, will be dismissed.
Twenty-third foreign language requirements: English is the public foreign language teaching in our school. Non-English language candidates should apply carefully.
Article 24 Graded admission of physical education majors: the total score is calculated according to the weight of 50% of cultural achievements and 50% of technical achievements respectively, and the admission is based on comprehensive evaluation.
Twenty-fifth by the provincial admissions office publicity that year, "ordinary colleges and universities to take care of extra candidates qualification" in the extra points to be recognized. Candidates who meet the excellent admission conditions announced by the national and provincial admissions offices will be given priority by the school under the same conditions.
Article 26 requirements for academic performance. In Guangdong province, candidates who apply for arts and sciences in our university must reach Grade C or above in three academic proficiency tests at the undergraduate level; At the junior college level, all three academic proficiency tests must achieve grade results, at least one of which must reach grade C or above. In Guangdong province, candidates who apply for physical education in our school have achieved D and above in at least two of the three academic proficiency tests.
Chapter VI Admission Physical Examination Standards
Article 27 The physical examination standards for school admission candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities promulgated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to Cancellation of Hepatitis B Testing for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Church [2010] No.2). For disabled candidates who can take care of themselves, meet the professional requirements reported, and the college entrance examination results meet the admission standards, they will be admitted normally.
Article 28 Due to the special requirements of this major, candidates suffering from color blindness, weak color, one eye corrected to 4.8 lenses with a degree greater than 800 degrees, one eye blind and the other eye corrected to 4.8 lenses with a degree greater than 400 degrees, hearing in both ears within 3 meters or hearing in one ear within 5 meters, and the other ear completely deaf, strabismus, slow sense of smell and stuttering carefully apply for medical related majors in our school.
Article 29 After the new students enter the school, the school will review their health according to the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities formulated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to the Cancellation of Hepatitis B Detection in the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities. Those who fail to pass the physical examination or are not suitable for studying the admitted major after review shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions on the management of student status, and be transferred to a major or disqualified.
Chapter VII Charging Standards
Thirtieth students' tuition and accommodation fees shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant documents of Guangdong Provincial Department of Education and Guangdong Provincial Price Bureau. Tuition standard: 5760 yuan per student per year for medical majors; 5 160 yuan per student in science and engineering, foreign languages and sports; Management and finance majors are 4560 yuan per student per year. Accommodation fee: per student per year 1800 yuan.

Chapter X Supplementary Provisions
Article 35 These Articles of Association were discussed and passed at the office meeting of the President of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine on March 8, 2008, and are applicable to the enrollment of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine on March 5, 2006, and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
Article 36 The Admissions Office of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Articles of Association. If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the national and provincial policies and regulations, the national and provincial regulations shall prevail.
