Luohe Education Bureau is located at No.305 Liaohe Road, Luohe City. Its main responsibility is to implement the principles, policies and plans of national education reform and development, and to be responsible for the construction and maintenance of the city's education system.
Main responsibilities:
(a) to implement the principles, policies and plans of the national education reform and development, draw up the normative documents of the city's education work and supervise the implementation; Responsible for the research and publicity of educational theory.
(two) responsible for the overall planning and coordinated management of the city's education; Formulate the city's education reform and development plan; Guide the education and teaching reform of various schools; Responsible for the statistics, analysis and release of the city's basic education information.
(three) responsible for the overall management of education funds in this department, and participate in the formulation of policies on education fund raising, education appropriation and education infrastructure investment; Responsible for the statistics of the city's education funds and the internal audit of the education system.
(four) responsible for promoting the balanced development of compulsory education and promoting educational equity, and responsible for the macro guidance and coordination of compulsory education; Guiding preschool education and special education; Implement the basic requirements and teaching documents of basic education and fully implement quality education.
Guide the city's education supervision, organize the supervision, inspection, evaluation and acceptance of secondary and below secondary education and youth literacy; Responsible for monitoring the development level and quality of basic education.
(five) to guide the development and reform of employment-oriented vocational education, and to implement the catalogue of secondary vocational education, teaching guidance documents and teaching evaluation standards; Responsible for the construction of teaching materials and vocational guidance for secondary vocational education.
(six) to study the problems related to the development of higher education in our city and make suggestions to the municipal government; Contact the universities in the city and coordinate the related matters of running universities.
(seven) to guide the ideological and political work, moral education, sports health and art education and national defense education in various schools; Guide the work of the education association.
(eight) in charge of the work of teachers in the city. Responsible for the implementation of the qualification system for all kinds of school teachers in the city; Responsible for the recognition and reward of the education system, and centralized management of the continuing education of teachers and educational administrators; Guide the reform of personnel and distribution system in various schools; Guide the employment and entrepreneurship of normal college graduates; Guide the construction of talent team in the education system.
(nine) according to the relevant provisions, organize and guide foreign educational exchanges and cooperation, and carry out educational cooperation and exchanges with foreign countries and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions. Implement the principles and policies of the national language and writing work; Responsible for promoting Putonghua and training Putonghua teachers. To undertake other tasks assigned by the municipal government.
