Many Qingdao graduates will face this problem, and they don't know how to implement their hukou in advance, which leads to becoming black households.

Solution:

1. When you graduate, find a unit that receives files and accounts, and move all the account files to the company.

2. If there is no work unit, or the work unit cannot implement the household registration and files. Before graduation, I will handle my file, registered permanent residence and party relations in Qingdao Meng Tian Talent Service Center, and report for duty after graduation.

3. The household registration certificate has been issued, and the other party does not accept the household registration. Work as a personnel agent in Meng Tian, go back to the school's household registration department or the police station to replace the new settlement materials, return the settlement materials, and Meng Tian is responsible for the rest of the settlement procedures.
