Juzizhou, located in the center of Xiangjiang River in Yuelu District, Changsha City, Hunan Province, has an original area of about 17 hectares, and the overall land area of the scenic spot is 9 1.64 hectares. It is the largest sandbar among many alluvial sandbars in the lower reaches of Xiangjiang River and is known as "the first continent in China".
From south to north, it crosses the center of the river, looks at Yuelu Mountain in the west and faces Changsha City in the east. Surrounded by water, it stretches for more than ten miles. The narrow part is about 40m, and the wide part is about140m. The shape is a long island.
