(1) Acceptance and submission for review
After receiving the relevant documents and materials, the general office shall approve the land use management department to handle it. The land use management department first checks whether the application materials and procedures are complete. If the application materials and procedures are complete, it will be formally accepted, and the relevant land ownership materials will be sent to the cadastral management department for land ownership review. If the application materials and procedures are incomplete, please forward them to the general office within 3 working days, and inform the applicant to complete the application materials and go through the formalities. Failing to notify within the time limit shall be regarded as a promise.
(2) Review
Cadastral management department shall submit ownership review opinions to the land use management department within 3 working days after receiving the relevant materials handed over by the land use department; At the same time, the land use management department organizes a review of the land appraisal results and disposal plans, and summarizes the review opinions of land ownership, land price and disposal plans within 8 working days in accordance with the relevant provisions of the confirmation, disposal and written system, forming an overall review opinion and preliminary conclusion.

After the land use management department completes the above work, it shall report to the joint trial within the ninth working day. The joint review meeting shall be presided over by the leaders of the Ministry. The person in charge of the joint audit unit shall participate in the examination and approval of the land valuation results and disposal plans, make a decision on whether to confirm the land valuation results, and make a decision on whether to agree or disagree with the disposal plans; Or make supplementary materials, modify the report, re-approve, re-examine and other decisions according to the specific circumstances.

(1) The confirmation of land appraisal results and the examination and approval of disposal schemes should generally be completed within 15 working days from formal acceptance to approval.
(two) within the prescribed working days, the land use management department does not accept any consultation from the applicant and the evaluation agency. The relevant units and staff shall not explain the progress of the work.
