After the information meets the requirements, the user can enter the vehicle information, owner information and photos according to the system prompt, sign the "new national standard electronic commitment letter" after confirming that the information is correct, and then submit the application. After the application submitted by the user is approved by the background, you can choose the nearest licensed service outlet on the "Electric Bicycle Registration" page to make an appointment, go to the service outlet to check the car and get the license plate according to the appointment time, and the system will automatically generate an electronic driving license.
